Fourteen days of temples, ethical wildlife, vibrant cities, and island time—experienced together, the EveryQueer way.
On this LGBTQ+ group trip through Thailand, we’re leaning into everything that makes travel here unforgettable — vibrant cities, incredible food, meaningful cultural experiences, and time to actually relax.
Over 14 days, we’ll move from the buzz of Bangkok to the mountains of Chiang Mai, ending with island time in Phuket. Expect floating markets filled with fresh food and color, historic temples and pilgrimage sites, and a full day at an ethical elephant sanctuary that puts care and conservation first.
This trip balances exploring and enjoying. Some days are guided, some are wide open, and none are rushed. We’ll share meals, wander markets, check out local queer nightlife, and build the kind of easy group rhythm that turns strangers into travel friends.
Like all EveryQueer trips, this experience is designed specifically for LGBTQ+ travelers — with safety, comfort, and community at the center. Come curious, come ready to explore, and come ready for a vacation that’s as energizing as it is grounding.

Required for the trip
Welcome to Thailand. After arrival and settling into our hotel, we’ll gather for a welcome meeting to meet your EveryQueer guides and fellow travelers and set the tone for the journey ahead. In the evening, we’ll head out together for a local welcome dinner, our first chance to connect, relax, and begin the trip as a group.
Today we explore Bangkok’s cultural and spiritual heart with guided visits to some of the city’s most important Buddhist temples. These landmarks offer insight into Thailand’s history, daily life, and belief systems, and provide a meaningful introduction to the country. The afternoon and evening are free to rest or explore.
This morning we travel outside the city to experience two of Thailand’s most iconic markets, including the famous railway market and a vibrant floating market filled with food, produce, and local life. In the evening, we return to the city and head out together to experience Bangkok’s lively streets and LGBTQ plus nightlife.
Today is dedicated to exploring Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest and most dynamic markets in the world. With thousands of stalls offering everything from handmade goods to street food, this day is designed for wandering, sampling, and discovery at your own pace.
We fly north to Chiang Mai, known for its relaxed pace, creative energy, and deep cultural roots. After checking into our hotel, we’ll enjoy a traditional Thai massage and spa experience, an intentional reset that helps us settle into the rhythm of northern Thailand.
Today offers time to experience Chiang Mai more personally. Wander the Old City, visit temples, relax at a café, or book a massage. For those interested in a deeper cultural experience, the Northern Thai Cooking Class is available as an EveryQueer Extra.
The morning is yours to enjoy before we come together in the evening for one of Chiang Mai’s highlights. We’ll explore the Night Bazaar, sample local street food, take in a beloved cabaret show, and experience the city’s welcoming queer nightlife together.
Today centers around one of the most meaningful experiences of the trip, a full day visit to a renowned ethical elephant sanctuary. Guests who join will spend the day observing rescued elephants in a hands off, conservation focused environment, learning about their care, rescue stories, and the importance of ethical wildlife tourism in Thailand.
For those who choose not to visit the sanctuary, the day offers time to relax or explore Chiang Mai independently.
We travel south to Phuket and check into our beachside resort. The remainder of the day is intentionally light, allowing time to settle in, explore the area, or ease into island life by the water.
Today is designed for enjoying Phuket’s natural beauty and coastal energy. Relax at the resort, swim in the sea, or explore nearby beaches and towns. For those looking to get out on the water, the Island Hopping and Sunset Cruise is available as an EveryQueer Extra.
Today balances rest and exploration. Enjoy the morning and afternoon at the resort, along Phuket’s beaches, or exploring locally. As the day winds down, we’ll come together for a scenic sunset visit to the Big Buddha, offering sweeping panoramic views across the island.
This day is set aside for enjoying Phuket in the way that suits you best. Relax, explore, or take part in the Custom Tailor Experience as an EveryQueer Extra, a chance to have bespoke clothing made as a unique and lasting souvenir.
Spend your final full day soaking up island time, whether that means the beach, the pool, or last minute exploring. In the evening, we’ll gather for a festive farewell dinner, celebrating the journey, shared experiences, and connections formed along the way.
This morning, we transfer to the airport for our flight back to Bangkok, where the trip officially ends and international travel continues.
