Oregon is one of the few places in the United States with culinary truffles, and the season for Oregon White Truffles is NOW!

Join me and a team of truffle hunters for a fascinating truffle foray this winter near Scappoose! Come learn about this unique and delicious mushroom on a privately owned property about 45 minutes from Portland.

10:00am - 1:00pm for February 1, 2025.

**Takes place rain or shine or (light) snow! We will be at ~1500 feet, so colder weather than the valley may be likely.

What's included

Truffled Snacks

Truffles to take home*

If we forage enough truffles, guests will be able to take at least one home

10:00am - 1:00pm

Truffle Forage

Forage - Meet a truffle hunter and their dog, learn about about how truffles grow, and how dogs are trained to hunt
Harvest - You'll get several opportunities throughout the experience to help dig for truffles
Snacks - We will offer light snacks, but guests are encouraged to bring their own sandwich/sack lunch.
Take home truffles - everyone may be able to take a truffle home if we find enough!
