About your trip

Join us in the fall of 2025 on a culinary tour of the fabled, sun-kissed island of Sicily. Sicilian cuisine and history, deeply rooted in tradition and influenced by various cultures, offers a unique and unforgettable experience.

I just returned from Sicily leading our 2024 tour, and am now thoroughly in love. It's so beautiful and so unique among the Italian regions and I can't WAIT to share it with you!

You will discover a rich tapestry of ingredients at their source. From world-renowned Sicilian olive oil—a golden elixir that adds a touch of magic to every dish, to Intensely ripe tomatoes, an abundance of fresh seafood, rich volcanic wines, to buttery pistachios.

There’s no shortage of cultural and historical attractions, with some of the best preserved Greek and Roman archeological sites in the world. It is truly another world.

I have been leading and planning trips to Italy since 2006. It’s my second home and I would love to share my favorite place in the world with you!
