Im Falle eines RÜCKTRITTS von der Reise gelten folgende Bedingungen:
- Rücktritt bis 90 Tage vor Retreat-Beginn: Keine Restzahlung erforderlich, die Anzahlung wird einbehalten.
- Rücktritt 31 bis 89 Tage vor Retreat-Beginn: Eine zweite Zahlung ist fällig und nicht erstattungsfähig.
- Rücktritt 30 bis 0 Tage vor Retreat-Beginn: Die volle Zahlung ist nicht erstattungsfähig.
Wird zum Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts ein Ersatzteilnehmer gestellt, wird die Anzahlung nach dessen verbindlicher Anmeldung mit Zahlungseingang zurückerstattet. Der Platz mit der Restzahlungsverpflichtung geht dann an den neuen Teilnehmer über. Ich empfehle eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, für den Fall, dass Du nicht anreisen kannst.
Ich übernehme keine Haftung oder Verantwortung für Absagen, Verspätungen, Verluste, die auf Grund von Anschlägen, Kriegen, Naturkatastrophen, Unfällen oder anderen Fällen höherer Gewalt eintreten. Die/der Teilnehmende bestätigt seine physische und psychische Gesundheit und Eigenverantwortung während der Reise. Für Schäden, die der Teilnehmende sich selbst, anderen oder Gegenständen zufügt, haftet sie/er allein. Ich übernehme keine Haftung für den Verlust oder die Beschädigung persönlicher Gegenstände der TeilnehmerInnen. Die Organisatorin sind von jeglichen Haftungsansprüchen freigestellt, da sie nicht als Reiseveranstalter fungiert, sondern nur als Seminarleiterin.
In the event of cancellation of the trip, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the retreat: No final payment required, the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation 31 to 89 days before the start of the retreat: A second payment is due and non-refundable.
- Cancellation 30 to 0 days before the start of the retreat: Full payment is non-refundable.
If a replacement participant is provided at the time of withdrawal, the deposit will be refunded upon receipt of payment following her or his binding registration. The place with the remaining payment obligation is then transferred to the new participant. I recommend travel cancellation insurance in case you cannot travel. I assume no liability or responsibility for cancellations, delays, losses that occur due to attacks, wars, natural disasters, accidents or other forceful events. The participant confirms his/her physical and mental health and personal responsibility during the trip. He/she is solely liable for any damage caused to him-/herself, others or objects. I assume no liability for loss or damage to participants' personal belongings. The organizer is not exempt from any liability claims as it does not act as a tour operator, but only as a seminar leader.
For flights we recommend skyscanner, you can also come by bus or in your own car using the ferry.
We are about 40 km/ 1 hour from the airport. Transfer is possible by bus (under 5€), taxi(about 65€) or ride shares we can organize depending on your times of arrival and departure.
Lots to choose from in the area. We recommend Villa Ocean Breeze in Avliotes, depending on your needs and resources there are other options, check Green Corfu, booking, airbnb. Camping on site.
To reach Fairground and to get around, a scooter or an e-bike rental are good options. Rental cars could be shared, we can also offer shared rides in our car
Breakfast is included, many options to choose from for all other meals, local tavernas and restaurants, self-catering. All special dietary needs can be well cared for.
