Noella D. Ridley, a gifted psychic channel, has been a featured guest on The Tonight Show, ET, and Good Morning Britain. She has also shared her wisdom at world-renowned healer Rob Wergin’s immersion retreats and various yoga retreats in Los Angeles.

With nearly fifteen years of experience, Noella has been dedicated to deep spiritual work, self-concept transformation, and self-love coaching. As a KRI-certified Kundalini yoga instructor, she offers powerful integration practices to support your journey.

She is honored and excited to be your guide.

Stavros Cid a Life Coach with a deep passion for human connection and personal transformation.   • Guided Journaling Session: Reflect deeply with guided journaling prompts to identify patterns, beliefs, and emotions that no longer serve you. This process will create space for clarity, renewal, and personal transformation.

Workshop:

  • Movement Workshop: Engage in dynamic movement practices that connect the body and mind, allowing for deeper emotional release and self-expression.
  • Ho'oponopono Practice: Participate in this powerful Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation, fostering emotional healing and inner peace.
  • Affirmations with Corporal Movements: Combine positive affirmations with physical movements to embody empowerment and reinforce your intentions.

Brunch:

  • Enjoy a nourishing brunch to replenish your energy and support your ongoing transformation.

Free Day:

  • The afternoon is yours to rest, explore, or integrate the day's practices at your own pace. Whether in solitude or with fellow participants, this free time allows you to process and embody your journey.

🌙 Evening: Epitáphios Procession:


This is the most sacred moment of the retreat—a time of deep reflection, surrender, and renewal. As we walk in the solemn Good Friday procession, we symbolically release all pain, fears, and burdens that have held us back. With reverence and gratitude for our journey, we honor this final moment of surrender, entrusting our worries and struggles to God or the universe. This sacred act allows us to fully let go, making space for new beginnings, fresh opportunities, and the clarity to move forward with faith and purpose.



Day 5 is dedicated to shedding old layers, releasing what holds you back, and stepping boldly into your authentic self.

Morning: Awakening the Spirit

  • Sunrise Yoga Session: Begin the day with an invigorating sunrise yoga practice designed to awaken the body, mind, and spirit. This session focuses on heart-opening asanas, gentle breathwork, and meditative movements to release any lingering heaviness and create space for renewal.
  • Reflection Circle: A brief, heartfelt sharing circle to express emotions, insights, and gratitude. This sacred space allows participants to acknowledge their transformations and set intentions for the final ceremonial journey.

Late Morning: Island Main Square - The Resurrection Ceremony

  • Ceremonial Walk: Together, we will journey to the island's main square, symbolizing the transition from the retreat's sacred space to the vibrant pulse of the local community.
  • Clay Vessel Ritual: Each participant will carry a handmade clay vessel, representing burdens and outdated patterns. In a powerful collective moment, we'll shatter these vessels, signifying the breaking of old cycles and the liberation of the self.
  • Folk Dance Celebration: Immerse in traditional folk dances led by local performers, celebrating the spirit of resurrection with rhythmic movements, music, and joyful connection. This vibrant expression allows the body to fully embody the energy of renewal.
  • Lunch at a Local Restaurant: Savor a delicious meal, connecting with the local culture and flavors.

Afternoon: Embracing Freedom

  • Free Time: Participants are encouraged to spend the afternoon in solitude or with newfound friends, exploring the island, resting, or reflecting on their journey.

 Evening: The Final Gathering - The Resurrection Ceremony

  • Closing Workshop: A transformative session to integrate the lessons and growth from the retreat. Through group activities, sharing, and meditative practices, we'll solidify breakthroughs and anchor the essence of resurrection within.
  • Resurrection Ceremony: As the sun sets, we gather for the final sacred ritual, marking the completion of our journey. Surrounded by candlelight, we engage in a symbolic act of rebirth, embodying our renewed selves with intention, gratitude, and light.
  • Farewell Blessing: A heartfelt closing to honor the connections formed, the personal growth achieved, and the new paths ahead. Each participant will receive a token to carry the retreat's essence into everyday life.
