Visiting Accra, experiencing a naming ceremony and cultural performances, cooking class, markets, beaches,  traditional villages, Assin Manso slave cemetery and slave market, the former slave castle at Cape Coast, and West Africa's highest rain forest canopy walkway at Kakum National Park.

  • Private transfers and comfortable vehicles ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.
  • All travellers above nine (9) months coming into or transiting through Ghana are required to have been vaccinated against Malaria/Fever at least Ten (10) days from the proposed date of departure and where already vaccinated, provide evidence/ proof (certificate) indicating the duration of a vaccination status of not more than Ten (10) years before entering Ghana.

Recommended Flights

Arrival:
For a seamless start to your adventure, we suggest arriving on Day 1 - Saturday, 23 November 2024,  to Kotoka International Airport nin Accra (ACC).


Departure:
To wrap up your trip smoothly, we recommend scheduling your departure on Day 8 - Saturday 30 November 2024 afternoon. This ensures you have enough time to make your flight home. However you can depart at any time and that won’t be a problem.

If you encounter challenges in finding flights within the suggested timeframe, do not hesitate to contact us. We'll work together to arrange transportation for you.

Flights outside of the recommended schedule may incur additional costs.

COVID-19 Policy

While we're eager for our journey to unfold just as planned, it's important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, like adverse weather or unexpected events such as COVID-19-related closures, may occur.


Proof of vaccination will not be a requirement for participation in this trip. 


Please note that refunds will not be provided for individuals who test positive and are unable to join the trip. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to address situations like this. Rest assured, we are committed to strictly adhering to all COVID protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of every participant on the trip.

Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to a complete reimbursement when canceling your booking within 24 hours, following U.S. regulations.


After this period, payments are deemed final and non-refundable due to the unique nature of the trip, without the possibility of credits. Securing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance at the time of booking is recommended for protection against unforeseen cancellations or accidents.
