Light to Moderate Activity. Our adventure includes light walking, easy hikes, rappelling, zip lining, ATV, horseback riding, and surfing. 

Notes:

- The minimum age for rappelling and zip lining is 5 years old

- This group trip is listed as a package which means that no price adjustments will be given if someone wants to "opt out" of an included activity.  

Arrival:
For a seamless start to your adventure, we suggest arriving on Day 1 - Monday, 25th March 2024, before 1 p.m. at San Jose Airport (SJO). This timeframe allows for a comfortable journey, a 3-hour transfer to La Fortuna, and ample time to settle in at your hotel before the evening's welcome dinner.

Departure:
To wrap up your trip smoothly, we recommend scheduling your departure on Day 7 - Sunday, 31st March 2024, after 1 p.m. from San Jose Airport (SJO). This ensures you have enough time for breakfast and the 3-hour transfer to the airport.

If you encounter challenges in finding flights within the suggested timeframe, do not hesitate to contact us. We'll work together to arrange transportation for you. Flights outside of the recommended schedule may incur additional costs.

While we're eager for our journey to unfold just as planned, it's important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, like adverse weather or unexpected events such as COVID-19-related closures, may occur.

Please note that refunds will not be provided for individuals who test positive and are unable to join the trip. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to address situations like this. Rest assured, we are committed to strictly adhering to all COVID protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of every participant on the trip.

Cancellation Policy 

You have the right to a complete reimbursement when canceling your booking within 24 hours, following U.S. regulations. After this period, payments are deemed final and non-refundable due to the unique nature of the trip, without the possibility of credits.

Securing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance at the time of booking is recommended for protection against unforeseen cancellations or accidents.

Now - 60 days before departure: TMT retains only the non-refundable deposit.

46 - 59 days before departure: TMT retains 50% of the tour price.

31 - 45 days before departure: TMT retains 75% of the tour price.

Less than 30 days before departure: TMT retains 100% of the entire tour price.
