Join an unforgettable mind body Asana Wellness Yoga Retreat for seven days and six nights in lush Nicaragua. You will immerse yourself in yoga, breathwork, meditation and mental wellness workshops. All levels are welcome, however a familiarity with physical yoga is beneficial. You will stay in beautiful poolside cabanas, which are also a skip away from the ocean. You will be nourished by delicious plant based food. Included is one amazing excursion: a volcano hiking tour or mangrove boat tour. Come relax, move, get into your body and explore your true self. Still Salty Escape will be occupied exclusively by your group. Amenities include: yoga shala, meditation shala, pool with lounge chairs, hammocks, beautiful dinning area and beach access

Eleanor McGroarty is an avid world traveller, teacher of yoga and pilates and clinical psychologist. Eleanor has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2019. She has completed a 200 hour certification with InnerSea Yoga Academy and a 300 hour from Glow Yoga. Her specialities are in guided meditation, mind body holistic health, empowering movement, and modern day applications of yoga philosophy.
