Eleanor McGroarty is an avid world traveller, teacher of yoga and pilates and clinical psychologist. Eleanor has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2019. She has completed a 200 hour certification with InnerSea Yoga Academy and a 300 hour from Glow Yoga. Her specialities are in guided meditation, mind body holistic health, empowering movement, and modern day applications of yoga philosophy.
