Situated in th small hamlet of Santa Catarina, 1km from the sea we will hold this retreat in a historic palazzo over 200 hundred years old. Majestic, cavernous, full of mysticism and filled with art and curiosities from all over the world. It is the meeting of cultures in the heart of the Salento.

Michela and Raffael have traveled the world and the house is a reflection of those lived experiences.

Rooms are each unique, delightfully sweet and can be shared. Just a few singles. A few rooms w/private bath for singles and doubles are shared bathrooms.

Michaela is our chef. Having lived in India for 13 years, she has referred to her cuisine as "the meeting of India and Italy". Trust it is divine. All vegetarian.

Daily schedule will start with meditation, followed by a 2 hour vinyasa class. We break for brunch, beach, shiatsu or rest. our afternoon will complete the day with a circle of practice; yin yoga, restorative poses, meditation, reflexion, breath work, deep listening and journaling.
