Cabins will be assigned first come first serve based on $125 per person/$250 per person per cabin payment once received. All roommates' payments must be paid before a cabin is assigned.
All prices are based on Double Occupancy ONLY! If you are interested in getting One Person, Three People cabin, please email me to at lisa@positivedestinations.net.
$125 per person deposit based Triple Occupancy. If three people in a cabin, the deposit is $375.
If 4 people are in a cabin, the deposit is $500. $125/person deposit based on Single Occupancy.

$125 per person Non-refundable deposit based on Double Occupancy/Triple Occupancy. This does not entitle you to cabin assignment until the $125 per person, $250 per cabin based on double occupancy or $375 for a triple occupancy or $500 for a quad occupancy is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancelations after 2/28/2026 are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance is encouraged, see below.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully. Below is the link for Travel Guard/AIG travel insurance. Please read the policy carefully. If you choose to purchase the policy, you are required to pay for it separately.

Passports are required and be valid for at least 6 months from your scheduled return date.
Positive Destinations will not be responsible for any passport's problems. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documents before the trip.
Highly recommended that all Travelers invest in travel insurance. For an insurance quote, please see the travel insurance quote link which is above. Medicare/Medicaid does not cover healthcare costs outside the US. Trip cancellation insurance covers your trip cost illness, injury, baggage lost/delayed, emergency medical & dental, evacuation, hospital, doctor, etc.
Final Documents will be mailed to the address above and will not require a signature. If you require delivery with a signature, please contact our office. If you are waiting for an updated passport #, please provide as soon as you receive it.

Positive Destinations shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury arising in connection with such service or for the client’s failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in, delays, and loss of luggage or personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the airline, cruise, tour operator or wholesaler to determine exactly what procedure will be followed.
Positive Destinations is NOT responsible for any person(s) missing due to negligence, delay, or absenteeism for any time during the tour nor are they responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. In addition, no refund will be given for any services rendered but not utilized. It is highly recommended to invest in travel insurance.
