Hi, I am Mina Harrison and I have been on a spiritual path for most of my life. As a young teen, meditating on “Pancake” rock, staring deep into the Long Island Sound, I felt a calling to heal others. My passion for health, fitness, and community quickly sprouted, and I became a personal trainer in Europe, working with military personnel and their families. I embraced my talents stateside and witnessed the transformation of lives. I became an educator, and facilitator of mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork for women, men, teens, and athletes. I am an adolescent counselor, Educator, Registered 500 Hour Yoga Teacher, Breathwork, and Mindfulness Facilitator. I am so excited to spend the day with you to connect, change, and break free from what no longer serves you. Much Love!!!
