Private Chef
Chef Paige Brummett has a diverse culinary background. Her passion for discovering nourishing food started in 2009 while attending a raw vegan culinary program at Creative Health Institute. This education gave her many opportunities, including being Head Chef at Finca De Vida in Costa Rica. She wanted to be more connected to the food she was preparing, so she decided to WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms). There she learned the importance of regenerative agriculture, soil health, and how it was possible to humanely raise and slaughter animals.
She now includes local grass-fed/finished meats, dairy, and pastured eggs in her clients' meals. With a curiosity to learn about wild edibles, she continued her education at Arctos School of Herbal Medicine and now loves to incorporate wild foraged foods into her cuisine. Chef Paige has been a private chef for NFL player Brandin Cooks and worked alongside Chef Andre Uribe and Chef Patrick Marg of Sustainable Meals Oregon, as well as staging with Chef Cameron Dunlap of Morchella Restaurant PDX.
