Join Rebecca Niziol for 5 days/4 nights on the Enchanted Lands of Taos, New Mexico for Sacred Renewal--a women's yoga & healing retreat designed to provide a deep reset on the soul level.

Through yoga, movement & meditation practices, daily exploration, sacred ceremony & women's circles you'll be invited to release what is heavy, call back your power and awaken your divinity. 

This retreat was designed for any yogis, sensitive souls, creatives, women wearing many hats, or weary hearts needing a break from the busy pace and noise of the world. Longing for time away from your normal routine to be nourished and cared for, and connect with others in deep and meaningful ways.

*Note*: If you haven't attended a retreat with Rebecca before, or attended at least 5 classes or workshops, please book a Connection Call, as we want to ensure this experience provides what you need, that intentions and expectations are aligned, and you'll feel fully supported. This is also the perfect time to ask questions about the retreat!

Sacred renewal is open to women and non-binary folks 21+, warmly welcomes LGBTQ+, all races & religions/spiritual practices. No prior retreat/yoga/meditation practice is necessary (however it is recommended!). All practices will be "all-levels" and you're encouraged to listen to your intuition and adapt as needed.

Time slows down in Taos, the air is clean & crisp, the sun and stars are brighter. In the wide open spaces and majestic mountains there's room to fully unravel and expand. Come retreat to these spiritually charged lands filled with rich history and culture and reconnect with the magic of life.

Whether you'd like to hike the Sangre de Cristo mountains or hot air balloon over the Rio Grande Gorge, visit the local shops or art galleries, soak with us in mineral rich hot springs or look up at star constellations in awe... there is no shortage of beauty or adventure. 

Hyperslow Retreat Center  will be our retreat home base. It is located at the historic San Geronimo Lodge in Taos. Recently renovated and being restored by the new owners, they look forward to hosting us in the “Land of Enchantment”. (Fun fact for all you woo-woo women, the address is 1111 Witt Rd!). 

During your stay for sacred renewal you'll have full access to the amenities including: hot tub & sauna, fire pit & hammocks, tea room,  lounge & library, walking path & labyrinth (pool is closed for the season)

Getting There: for those in the southwest region you're welcome to drive. Otherwise we recommend flying into Santa Fe (aprox. 90 minutes away) on Wednesday April 3rd, by 1pm. One complimentary shuttle will be provided that afternoon, as well as returning on Sunday, April 7th arriving at Santa Fe airport by noon. You're also welcome to rent your own car if you'd like, or can make your own arrangements if you're flying in at different times.

Weather: Expect crisp mornings, sunny warmer afternoons and cold nights. 

Elevation: Taos is located in New Mexico's high desert mountains, at about 7,000 ft. If you're not used to higher elevation you're welcome to fly in to Santa Fe a day early to "acclimate". We will also provide electrolytes and plenty of water for you. 

Rebecca Niziol/Work with Soul does not offer refunds on the deposit for any reason. 

Due to the financial responsibility of Rebecca for booking and holding the retreat property, all payments are non refundable. We understand no one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling or not attending, but that emergency changes might arise. Should you need to cancel refunds are not available, however your retreat fees are transferable (if you find someone else to fill your spot). 

Full payment is due by January 20th, 2024 if you booked before Dec. 20th. For any bookings after Jan 1st, your full payment is due by March 15th, 2024.

Rebecca Niziol/Work with Soul is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, positive covid test, extended lodging and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance, you can do so by comparing rates at: www.worldnomads.com

Payment plans are available. 

By paying your deposit, your spot is reserved. If you choose to pay only the deposit at this time (vs. pay in full) I'll reach out to you to set up your payment plan and go over due dates for full payment shortly after you book.

Rebecca has taught yoga to the US men’s national soccer team, guided a group of over two thousand people in meditation at Wanderlust Yoga Festival and led soul practices for billionaires on Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island. She has been teaching yoga for 12+ years and has hosted 7 retreats around the world. She's also the co-founder of Soul Talks Meditation, which helps folks harness the power of their intuition.

Rebecca Niziol discovered meditation as a kid to soothe anxiety, yoga to rebalance after injuries as a professional dancer, and the power of community connection in healing heartbreak & illness. She now brings this healing energy and joy to others through her coaching, classes and events.

Rebecca's known for creating sacred spaces for her students to show up as they are to feel, heal and connect in joyful ways. She lives in Denver with her partner and their two hilarious pups, Pip & Kilo.
