Booking Instructions 

To the right if you are on a desktop system, and near the bottom if you are on a mobile, select either one or two fans.  You can add more fans to your booking once the form is displayed. 


Deposit Required: The required deposit is $200 per fan. You must confirm your booking with a deposit payment or your booking will not be held. Deposit payments are non-refundable with the exception if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator.


Payment Plan: When booking you have the option to pay the entire cost of the trip at the time of booking or pay the deposit only. If you elect to pay the deposit the remainder will be due in two equal payments, the first 4 months prior to the tour's start date and the final payment 3 months prior to the tour's start date. Booking Form Questions: The form will prompt you for your name, your email and your phone number. The form also asks for the names and email addresses of your traveling companions (if any) and emergency contacts. You may add, change or delete this information at a later date. We expect that you will add your flight arrival information  - for either London Heathrow (LHR) or Gatwick (LGW); and flight departure information from Manchester Airport (MAN) - to the form at a later date.  Additionally, any health or diet concerns you or your traveling companions have may be added at a later date. 


Tour Extras

 

Airport Transfers: We offer discounted private car transfers from London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports at a discounted rate. The form will also ask you if you would like to book this option. If you are unsure you can add this at a later date. Outbound transfers from our hotel in Liverpool to the Manchester Airport are included in the cost of the tour. (Manchester is the nearest airport to Liverpool with regular US connections).


Additional Nights in London Prior to the Tour:  We offer reasonable rates at the Copthorne Tara Kensington in London if you would like to arrive one or more days prior to the tour. The form asks if you would like to book this option. If you are unsure you can this at a later date.

The tour includes 3 nights in London and 4 nights in Liverpool on an amazing journey into the history of The Beatles…where it all happened.  Our tour features fully escorted 24/7, professionally guided group tours of The Beatles’ London and Liverpool. Included in the tour price: all hotels – including The Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool – all breakfasts and ‘Hello’ (Welcome) and ‘Good-bye’ dinners, lunch on coach tour days; all ground transportation including discount UK airport transfers, and admissions/fees for guides, named exhibits and attractions.

Beatletour hosts are available 24/7 throughout the tour to assist you and organize tour events. Professional Beatle guides escort your coach tours through London and Liverpool

Transfers & Transport

Discounted inbound airport transfers are available. Outbound airport transfer to Manchester airport is included in the tour. Deluxe coaches used for our journey from London -> Liverpool.

Hotels and Meals

The Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool and the deluxe, centrally located Copthorne Tara Kensington in London. Meals include breakfast each day, lunches on 3 coach days and Welcome & Farewell Dinners

Admissions, fees & taxes

For all named attractions - including The Liverpool Beatles Museum, The Casbah, The National Trust tours of John & Paul's Childhood Homes, Strawberry Field and ground transport and guide services.

What's not included

Airfare

Our tours are sold as "land packages" and do not included airfare.

Many Meals & Beverages

Meals other than those specifically included. Beverages are not included, whether alcoholic or not.

Driver & Guide Gratuity

We ask each fan to leave that days tour guide and coach driver a few pounds as a gratuity at the end of each coach day.

Occasional Shared Cabs

At rare times when other transport is not available you may be asked to share a cab for a small fare.

Check In! And Welcome Dinner

2 PM:  Check in at our deluxe London hotel, The Copthorne Tara Kensington, located in Central London steps from Kensington Park and Kensington Palace.

Day 2

Coach tour of The Beatles Central London

Including Abbey Road Crossing and Paul McCartney's London Home. Lunch at the famous Railway Pub.

Day 3

London Environs - Beatles Film and Video Locations

Coach tour of Beatle Film Locations and London Surroundings, including Chiswick House Park. Lunch with Tony Bramwell at The Turk's Head, "Ringo's Pub" from A Hard Days Night and a wonderful restaurant in its own right.

Day 4

London to Liverpool

Travel by deluxe coach to Liverpool with a stop at Henley-on-Thames for a respectful visit to George's home Friar Park. We'll also visit The Row Barge, George's favorite local. In Liverpool we'll check into the Hard Days Night Hotel.

Day 5

Guided Tour of John and Paul's Childhood Homes

We'll travel in two groups to for tours of John and Paul's childhood homes. The tours are wonderful, conducted by local guides working for the National Trust. You'll have time in the afternoon to visit Albert Dock, The Museum of Liverpool and The Beatles Story. Lunch and dinner on your own.

Coach Tour of The Beatles Liverpool - with Jackie Spencer

You'll visit Penny Lane and then Strawberry Field where we'll have lunch. In the afternoon, meet the Quarrymen at St. Pete's, where John and Paul first met. 

Day 7

Coach Tour of The Beatles Liverpool

You'll see the Casbah Coffee Club, the suburban Liverpool coffee house where The Beatles had their first Liverpool residency and  "where it really all began". A must-hear-must-see Beatles location and a beautiful story in its own right. You'll also see childhood homes of George and Ringo and site of the first Beatles recording session. In the evening we'll celebrate new friendships and experiences at a Farewell Meal at a special Liverpool restaurant.

Day 7

Villages Live/The Cavern

Free time to explore The Beatles Story, visit the British Music Experience,  The Liverpool Museum or Ferry 'Cross The Mersey - all at Albert Dock, just a 20 minute walk from your hotel.  In the evening, if schedules allow, The Villages take the Cavern stage!

Day 8 - Farewell Dinner

Time to explore - From Mathew Street to famous Cathedrals - all nearby

Before departing the next day, spend all day on Mathew Street visiting Beatle haunts, listening to music at The Cavern, or picking up souveniers. Or visit LIverpool's famous cathedrals, art museums or it's gorgeous central library - all within walking distance or a short cab ride.  In the evening we will have our farewell dinner.
