Pricing & Policies

  • Pricing is per person, based on double occupancy

  • Add the Single Occupancy Upgrade ($750) for a private room

  • Deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to the trip

  • Cancellations made 30+ days prior receive a credit toward a future trip

  • Trip insurance is available for cancellations

All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Even if another currency is selected, the total trip price is charged in USD. Only the deposit may display in your selected currency.

Trip Requirements

  • This trip is for 3.5 and 4.0 level players and you need a parter to enter the tournament

  • This trip is capped at 24 players for a high-quality experience

  • Please do not book flights until your trip is confirmed

What’s Included

Everything is taken care of so you can focus on playing and enjoying the experience:

  • Round-trip van transportation from Los Cabos International Airport to the Resort

  • Private group transportation for all scheduled activities

  • 6 nights lodging at Palmas de Cortez Resort

  • All meals at the resort and local restaurants
    (Dietary needs accommodated)

  • All pickleball court fees and tournament fees for 4 days of tournament play

What's included

Lodging

Lodging is at the beautiful Palmas de Cortez in Los Barriles on the beach on the East Cape of Cabo.

Meals

If you're a "foodie" you will love this. We sample different gourmet cuisine every day from local restaurants. All delicious meals are included.

Transportation

We use our private vans to pick you up at the airport and take you non-stop to the resort. Transportation to off site events is included also.

Tournament/court fees

All pickleball tournament and court fees are included.

What's not included

Airfare

Airfare, cash bar alcohol, and optional activities on your own in Cabo are not included.

Unlimited Alcohol

But we do sponsor a margarita happy hour!

Optional Activities

Optional Adventure or Spa day on Thursday to take an ATV ride to the desert water falls, or van to the hot springs, snorkel, go whale watching, get a massage or relax and enjoy the pool or beach.
