Loch Ard is a stunning Loch and Forrest location in Callander. The Loch is surrounded by an ancient woodland with several walking routes. and plenty of oppurtunity for swimming.
Your prearranged transportation will bring you right to the doorstep of our stunning home for the week where you can settle in, unpack and meet the group at our opening circle and welcome dinner.
Awaken to a carefully crafted vinyasa yoga class where we will weave story with movement. Then wander the endless countryside through ancient forests, along bubbling streams, and into the mystical glens.
During your free time, schedule a massage, soak in the hot tub or lounge in one of the beautiful outdoor spaces before joining afternoon Yin Yoga to soften any lingering travel tightness.
After morning yoga, join the group for an outing to a crystal clear Loch. Walk the trails, swim in the refreshing waters and soak in the scenery.
Afternoon Yoga Nidra will guide you into the liminal space where the mystic in you resides.
After dinner this evening, we'll have lessons in traditional Scottish Dance.
After moring yoga and breakfast, we'll head to Edinburgh where we will tour the castle and wander the ancient streets that have inspired writers, artists and philosophers and for centuries.
We'll stick close to the estate today with plenty of time for yoga, journaling, resting or a delicious massage.
Before dinner, we'll have the opportunity to learn about Scotch Whiskey as our sommelier guides us through a tasting and learning experience. Thank after our scrumptions meal, we will gather around the fire with Scottish musicians to enchant and seranade us.
Bracketed by the usual morning and afteroon yoga, we'll travel into Stirling. Once the capital of Scotland, Stirling features a medieval Castle and a monument to William Wallace. Learn the history as you wander through ancient rooms and hear stories of intrigue and resilience.
After one final morning gathering, we'll bid our farewell to our lovely home together and head off, perhaps back to home, or perhaps for a few nights enjoying the Edinburgh Festival which runs the entire month of August.
