Welcome to our leadership institute for neurodivergent professionals.


This seven-day trip includes lodging, food, transportation, and exclusive workshops taught by Maya cooperatives, leaders and elders in partnership with international neurodivergent business leaders.


Dates:  Tuesday, Oct 29 - Tues Nov 5th

Location:  San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala 


You fly into Guatemala City, and we shuttle you to San Pedro La Laguna via Antigua.

Courses include skill-building leadership courses focusing on accountability, communication, community building, and cooperative skills. Work with Maya instructors on creative cultural activities to learn about the value of making objects and greater humility.

At least two meals a day curated and cooked by local Maya women. Vegan and Gluten free options available upon request. Connecting to culture by food!

From Guatemala city airport to Antigua and back (round trip)

From Antigua to Lake Atitlan, San Pedro Laguna and back (round trip)

Group Lancha (trip)

As a group we will take a Lake taxi to go to visit one of the other pueblos on the lake
