Over 7 days, we will be guiding you to work with your dreams and manifestations, in the expansive energy of possibility! How do I get to the retreat?
You will need to organize your own transportation from the airport. We recommend either car hire, taxi or ride sharing with fellow retreaters. We can put you in contact with each other closer to the time.
How many people will be on the retreat?
We have 18 spots available, and Audra and Matty.
What about bedrooms and bathrooms?
There are 10 bedrooms and 5 shared bathrooms throughout the house.
2 private rooms are available, the rest are shared. You can book in a single, double, or triple occupancy room.
How do you match roommates at the retreat?
If you don't request a particular roommate or aren't travelling with someone, we will carefully match you with others based on matches we think will work best.
What should I bring?
Anything you would take on your vacation! A good book, something to yoga in, lounge in, swim in and walk or hike in. Ebbio has a fully equipped yoga space, so no won't need to bring a mat. A more detailed list will come closer to the retreat.
How do I know if this is for me?
We work with people of all backgrounds, ages, cultures, genders, and beliefs. We value diversity and hold space for each other. You are welcome, whether you are new on your spiritual journey, or looking to expand your consciousness and go deeper.
Creating a safe container:
There will be people with different beliefs, backgrounds and levels of awareness. We teach self-sovereignty, respect, how to hold space for ourselves and each other, and how to co-create a container that is supportive for the experiences of each person. Before the retreat, and on the first day, we will be going through Group Guidelines that we will all agree to in order to co-create a safe, nourishing and supportive space for our experience over the week.
What currency is the retreat?
Payment for the retreat is in USD. The currency when in Tuscany is Euros. It is recommended you have Euros on hand for additional experiences (i.e. massage) as Ebbio does not accept credit cards.

We will be staying in a charming 13th century restored farmhouse nestled inside an evergreen forest. There is an option for single occupancy, double occupancy, or triple occupancy rooms

2 weeks before the retreat, we will have an introductory call to connect with each other and ask any questions you may have.

The closest airport to fly into is Florence (about 1 hr drive away). Guests can also consider Siena airport (1.5 hour away) or Rome (about a 3 hour drive)

1 dinner in town, and 1 lunch
€2 IN CASH per person, per day. This must be given to the retreat centre upon arrival. (14 Euro total)
We highly recommend that you obtain *comprehensive* travel insurance (this is different from airline cancellation insurance).
i.e. Massages, horseback riding, wellness treatments, other excursions. We will all chip in for group taxis to Siena.
First day you will arrive at 4pm, settle in to your room, and explore the magic of Ebbio Tuscany, getting acquainted with the grounds and the beautiful farmhouse. We will sit down for dinner on the beautiful terrace for nourishing food and conversation. After dinner we will gather for our Opening Circle to set the container for our incredible journey together!
