Classes are led by Mauray Campagna certified AIReal yoga E-RYT 200, RYT-550 & member of the worldwide organization of Yoga Alliance.  In Aerial yoga, a fabric hammock is suspended from the ceiling & is utilized to allow students to perform yoga postures with less gravity.  Instructor adjusts to students' needs, all skill levels are welcome.
