Kindly be aware that our Peaceful Pause Retreat for Women of Color is intentionally kept to a small number of attendees to foster a more personal and intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is designed to facilitate collaboration between guests and us, sharing expenses that may arise from unforeseen cancellations.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. 

However, deposits can be transferred to a new attendee, provided they are found and assigned by the original attendee. The full balance is due 60 days before the start date of the retreat unless otherwise specified. For cancellation requests submitted after the balance due date and before, including 30 days before the retreat start date, a refund of 50% of the total amount (excluding the deposit) will be processed.

Regrettably, within 29 days of your retreat, no refunds will be given, and no exceptions will be made. Any allowed refunds will incur a 3% processing fee. While no one anticipates canceling a retreat, unforeseen events may occur. We strongly recommend considering travel insurance, as exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. Please note that there are no refunds or credits for failure to attend, failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We advise purchasing your travel insurance, particularly for coverage of trip fees in case of medical problems before or during the trip. Trip insurance should also cover medical expenses in the event of an accident during the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. In the rare event of a retreat cancellation due to inadequate participant interest, we will refund all money paid to Peaceful Pause Retreats. Notification of cancellation for this reason will be provided at least 1 month before the retreat start date. It's important to note that Peaceful Pause Retreats cannot be held responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
