Booking Terms and Cancellation Terms

Deposits are non-refundable


Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.


We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Credit will be applicable ONLY if the trip has to be cancelled or postponed due to force majeure. To cover your trip 100% we highly recommend buying a travel insurance policy to protect your trip. 


Cancellations and Changes



All deposits are non-refundable. By making a deposit, you agree to these terms. You’re eligible to cancel and rebook for a future carnival package with the deposit used which will be used as a lifetime deposit.

If you have booked a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address to us and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for costs, which may arise as a result of such changes.

After you have departed, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them your intention to fly.


Travel Documents and Destinations



It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.


Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any Government prohibitions, warnings, and advisories applicable to your destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel to such a destination is safe or without risk.

You further agree that in connection with your activities, you will not permit the use of our services or website by anyone that resides or is staying in a country for which such use is prohibited under Canadian regulations.


Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements



It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa, and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.


You are also required to carry a valid International Student I.D., and International Youth I.D. or an International Teacher I.D. card if you are travelling on a special student/youth/teacher ticket. It is your responsibility to verify this with us.


Insurance



Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. Travel insurance for the duration of your journey is 100% mandatory. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements. We may be able to arrange for travel insurance to be provided to you, furnish you with a quote, and answer any queries you may have regarding the insurance.


Travel Advice and Vaccinations



Citizens should refer to the travel advice posted by your local government for all the countries you intend to visit. Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary.


Hazardous Materials Disclosure



Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in imprisonment and penalties. Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles and radio-pharmaceuticals.

There are special exceptions for small quantities of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person.

We'll arrange transportation from NBO airport to your accommodations regardless of your arrival times and take you to your accommodations at the Pride Inn Hotel.

Nairobi National Park Safari and Elephant Sanctuary

Experience the wild at Nairobi National Park, where lions, giraffes, and rhinos roam against a city skyline on a guided safari. Then visit the elephant Sanctuary to see rescued baby elephants up close and learn about inspiring conservation efforts.

We will head to the airport to catch a flight to Zanzibar where we will check in the Golden Tulip Zanzibar Airport. The remaining day will be yours to enjoy.

We will depart and say our goodbyes until the next time and head to ZNZ airport. We will have transportation ready to take you to the airport. Please allow 3 hours to depart so you won't have any problems catching your flight.
