During our stay, you can expect:

1. Exclusive Mommy & Me Experiences
   Create lasting memories with special activities curated just for our group. Drift along the tranquil Martha Brae River on a guided rafting experience surrounded by lush greenery, then set sail on a fun-filled catamaran cruise with island vibes, music, and ocean views. These shared adventures are perfect for bonding and soaking up the magic of Jamaica together.

2. Optional Island Adventures
   Want to turn the fun up a notch? Optional add-on excursions will be available, including a visit to the famous Dunn’s River Falls, where you and your little one can climb cascading waterfalls, and a swimming-with-dolphins experience that’s sure to be a highlight for kids and moms alike.

3. All-Inclusive Bliss
   Leave the planning (and the stress) at home. Enjoy delicious dining, refreshing drinks, daily entertainment, and family-friendly amenities — all included. Whether you’re poolside, beachside, or grabbing a quick bite between activities, everything is taken care of so you can focus on making memories.

Flexible Monthly Payment Plan

After submitting your deposit, Mommy Village will contact you to provide travel documents that are required to be completed and any applicable waivers.  Upon receipt of all documentation you will then be able to set up a monthly payment plan.  

If you do not see a package that suits your family size, please contact us at info@mommyvillageexperience.com and we can book a room that will meet your needs.  We can also swap out excursions and provide additional excursions if desired.

If you want a room upgrade or to extend your stay - please let us know and we can provide upgrade pricing. 

Full payment for the trip must be made 45 days prior to departure, failing to do so will result in your reservation being canceled. 

Cancellation and refunds

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Trip insurance is recommended to provide some level of protection. The most carefully planned trip can be complicated by unforeseen events. Whether it’s lost luggage, cancelled flights, or a medical emergency, an unexpected mishap can turn a relaxing vacation into a taxing experience.  It is advisable to promptly obtain "cancel for any reason" travel insurance upon booking to protect against unforeseen cancellations or accidents.  We can assist with providing direction on obtaining travel insurance.  If you are unable to attend the trip, you will need to file a claim with the insurance company directly and they will guide you through the process. 

If elected, trip insurance must be paid within 7 days of making your deposit on your experience, directly with trip insurance vendor.  

If declined, a waiver must be signed stating that you will not be purchasing trip insurance.  Trip insurance ONLY covers the resort cost, not the additional components of the trip.

Mommy Village reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances.  It is your obligation as a traveller to ensure you are in compliance with all country, airline or vendor regulations.  It is also your responsibility to ensure that you and your children have valid travel documents (passports).  All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@mommyvillageexperience.com.

Passports

Please make sure your passport expires at least 6 months after the date of the trip.
