2025 Wellness Retreat
Three Peaks Ranch invites you to a rejuvenating yoga and wellness retreat August 29th-31st, led by the amazing Brittany Burke. Brittany will guide you through a variety of yoga practices from vinyasa flow to yin, designed to suit all levels, with optional advanced workshops throughout the weekend.
Immerse yourself in nature's beauty at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in this opportunity to come together in circle with others from all walks of life. From the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, to the breathtaking night skies you’ll experience in Westcliffe’s dark sky community, you’ll find peace, awe, and true retreat throughout this weekend of intentional time together. This is your invitation to step away from the hustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in a transformative experience designed to help you reconnect, restore, and reawaken your mind, body, and spirit.
Reconnect
In a world that pulls us in many directions, this retreat invites you to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with yourself. Through daily yoga practices and workshops, guided art and journaling, mindful meditation, hiking, and quiet reflection, you'll rediscover the power of presence and stillness. Through intentional time in circle, allowing for meaningful conversations and shared experiences, you will cultivate deeper connections with both yourself and others.
Restore
Allow your mind, body, and spirit to heal and rejuvenate with restorative yoga, guided sound immersion with yoga nidra, guided breath work, and wellness activities. Our carefully curated itinerary includes nourishing meals, healthy herbal beverages, on-site massage, and IV treatments to enhance your restoration throughout your weekend. There are also intentional blocks of free time built into our schedule to encourage you to listen and honor what you need for your mind, body, and spirit.
Reawaken
This retreat is not only about relaxation—it's about renewal and transformation. With energizing yoga sequences, guided yoga workshops, and opportunities for creative expression, including a painting class with a local artist and sharing together in sound during a guided drum circle, you'll awaken a deeper sense of purpose, creativity, and clarity in your life. You'll leave feeling empowered and inspired, with a renewed commitment to living with intention and embracing the beauty of each moment.
About Brittany Burke, RYT-200, CD, MSW:
"Yoga and somatic healing are an integral part of my life. I started teaching yoga in 2008 while studying to become a trauma informed therapist. Knowing how important somatic healing was in my own healing journey largely impacted my passion for incorporating yoga, mindfulness, and breath work as tools to help others heal, find connection to self and others, and feel empowered through connecting mind, body, and spirit. Over the past 15 years, I have witnessed the transformative power of yoga both individually and in group settings, and I feel SO blessed to continue to share this gift with others. When not teaching or supporting mamas you can find me with my husband and 3 little ones, dairy goats, dairy cow, dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks–Homeschooling, homesteading, embracing nature and authentic community, and soaking up sweet, joyful moments."
