We have created a 6-day/5-night adults-only yoga and wellness adventure just for you! We’ve covered all the bases—just show up and enjoy.

Indulge yourself at this all-inclusive resort, featuring 11 unique and elegant rooms, the Vida Mia Healing Center and Spa, a farm-to-table organic restaurant, a wine and handcrafted cocktail bar, saltwater pools and jacuzzis, and, of course, the yoga studio and meditation deck. In addition, the property includes an organic coffee plantation and garden, river swings, jungle and river paths, and a sweeping view of the Gulf of Nicoya that will take your breath away. There are also a host of local excursions available that are tailored to enhance your Costa Rican experience.

Our retreat packages start at $3,300 and offer a variety of accommodation options, including single king rooms and double queen rooms. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 15% is required at the time of booking, with full payment due by June 1st.

Randy Aaron was introduced to the world of yoga while attending NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and he immediately fell in love with all that yoga represents, fosters, and embodies. As a practitioner for over 20 years and a renowned instructor, Randy has taught students how to love themselves without guilt or judgment—while extending that love to others. His motto echoes the wise words of RuPaul: “If you don’t love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?” Randy is currently the Assistant Director of Teaching and a senior instructor at Modo Yoga NYC.

Frantz G. Hall started as a dancer and eventually became a Broadway performer. He has experienced many lifetimes, transitioning from performer to corporate America to practicing and teaching yoga. He currently teaches at Modo Yoga NYC and is also a mentor at that studio. Our 11 rooms are simply and elegantly designed to calm the mind and relax the senses. Each unique room is named for the plants and superfoods grown on the property.  There are no phones or televisions in the rooms so as not to disturb the peaceful, natural surroundings and sounds of the birds.  Our bedding is lush, our amenities organic and natural.

Luxury 

The luxury lofts were built on the south facing mountain side with views extending to the pacific ocean. These are our largest rooms at 690 square feet with an open floor plan and high ceilings. These rooms feature luxurious King Sized Beds a spacious balcony and a sitting area adorned with double hanging chair swings. They also feature a large bathtub surrounded by glass for bathing in a setting connected to nature.

Single and Doubles

These premium spacious premium rooms have a fresh ocean breeze flowing through. The expansive views of the valley to the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from the balcony from hanging chair swings. These rooms feature a King or two Queen beds.

The week’s yoga offerings will center on a “rest, restore, and reconnect” philosophy. Our intention is to guide you in reconnecting with both the foundational elements of yoga and the personal aspects that allow for individual exploration through various modalities. We are continuously refining our approach in preparation for our collective practice. Our goal is to embark on a peaceful, well-balanced, and enriching journey together.

The menus are designed around an anti-inflammatory diet, prioritizing 100% organic and fresh ingredients, with much of the produce sourced from the property itself. While primarily plant-based, The Retreat also offers local, sustainably raised fish, poultry, beef, and lamb. The meals are grain-free and dairy-free (with occasional goat yogurt and cheese), using no refined sweeteners and focusing on local, sustainable sourcing. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at every meal, showcasing a delightful variety of flavors and culinary styles. Each menu is a chef’s choice, inspired by what is fresh, creative, and thoughtfully prepared. Enjoy a culinary experience as vibrant as your yoga journey!
