Step away from the stress of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters at Root to Rise: Grounded Women's Retreat* @ Cedar Bloom Farm.
Join us for 4 days, 3 nights of relaxation, community, and renewal, where nature guides the way and every breath brings you home.
*open to female-identifying people ONLY
Through grounding yoga practices, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and moments of shared reflection, you’ll cultivate a sense of deep presence and connection.
Nourishing family-style brunch & dinners, peaceful river swims, soothing sauna sessions, creative arts and crafts and the healing energy of the forest will leave you feeling rooted in the earth and inspired to rise into your truest self.
Are you ready to feel truly grounded?
Nestled on 100 acres in the lush forests of Southern Oregon on the banks of the Illinois river, this outdoor retreat offers a space to unwind, connect, and restore—both within yourself and within a like-minded community.
To learn more about their mission, view property photos or learn more about the available camping and lodging options, please visit https://www.cedarbloomfarm.com/campground *
*please note
Overnight Accommodation is NOT included in the cost of the retreat. You must book your choice of camping or lodging directly with Cedar Bloom, ranging from $50-$133/night. This is to ensure you get the accommodation option of your choice, whether you want to tent camp, car camp, or glamp in one of their lodging options! (instructions for how to book your accommodation will be provided upon checkout)
The retreat contract and liability waver must be signed BEFORE you are given the address of the venue. You can preview the document here and a copy will be sent to your email for e-signature once you have paid your deposit. Failure to sign the contract will result in cancelation of your reservation without refund.
A small percentage of each retreat booking fee will be allocated to the Grounded Outdoor Retreats Scholarship Program, allowing 1 lucky person to attend the retreat for FREE. This is in an effort to bring the healing retreat experience to someone who couldn’t otherwise afford it, but is still in need of a grounding escape.
Applications will be accepted May 1st-July 3rd, with the winner announced on July 15th, 2026! More details and applications available soon at alaunaroby.com
