Your home for the week is a beautiful resort tucked among the rice fields of Ubud, where modern comfort meets natural serenity.

Accommodation Options:
Junior Suites: Enjoy a private room featuring a spacious double bed, a working desk, and a modern en-suite bathroom. Perfect for comfort and relaxation.
Premier Suites: Upgrade to a more spacious and luxurious suite, complete with extra amenities for an elevated stay. These suites offer additional privacy and style, ideal for those seeking a premium retreat experience.
Deposit & Payment Schedule:
- A low deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking (depending on accommodation chosen).
-For Junior and Premier Suites: Final payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
- For Pool Paddie Villas: Final payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellation policy
- More than 30 days before arrival: Loss of deposit.
- Less than 30 days before arrival or during the retreat: Full payment is forfeited. However, if we are able to fill your spot, 80% of the total cost will be refunded.
-If Clarke & Co cancels the retreat, all monies paid will be refunded
- In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), Clarke & Co reserves the right to cancel or alter the retreat.
Health & Activity Levels:
Some of our tours and excursions may include walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, or exploring natural areas with varied terrain. We want everyone to enjoy the retreat at their own pace, so if any of these activities aren’t suitable for you, please let us know!
We offer options for more relaxing activities if you prefer to opt out of certain tours, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is required for all participants and must be confirmed prior to departure.
COVID-19 Travel Requirements:
You are responsible for staying informed about any COVID-19 travel requirements for Indonesia. Clarke & Co cannot be held responsible for issues related to vaccinations or tests.
What’s a typical day like on retreat?
Each day blends intention with inspiration.
Morning: Start with gentle yoga or a quiet rice field walk, followed by a nourishing breakfast with sweeping views.
Mid-Morning: Join creative sessions—ranging from cultural immersion to guided journaling or sourcing design inspiration.
Afternoon: Explore Bali through field trips, artisan visits, and optional sourcing experiences.
Evening: Enjoy shared dinners, creative circles, or space to simply rest and reflect.
Self-Care & Integration: Throughout the week, carve out space for massage, journaling, swims, or silence. This is your reset.
What airport do I fly into?
Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali.
Note: Depending on your departure location, you may need to allow up to 2 travel days due to flight routes and time zones. Double-check your arrival to ensure you land before the retreat begins.
Do I need a visa to enter Bali?
Yes. A 30-day Visa on Arrival (VOA) is required and costs $35 USD. It can be paid in cash or by Visa/Mastercard upon arrival. (Amex not accepted.)
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Flexible payment plans are available—just choose your preferred option at checkout or contact us directly to set one up.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

Absolutely. Many of our guests come solo and leave with new creative kinship. This is a space where connection flows naturally—whether you're an introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in between.
Is travel insurance required?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory and protects you in the case of trip changes, cancellations, or emergencies. We recommend booking this as soon as you confirm your retreat.
Can this count as a tax write-off?
