Children of all ages are welcome to attend but there is a limit of 2 children per adult.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and no credits will be issued. As a participant on any Elite Escapes Intl LLC trip, it is your responsibility to make sure you are compliant with all country, airline and/or vendor requirements. This includes but is not limited to required vaccinations. No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to obtain the required documents or if there’s a sudden change in the country/airline requirements resulting in your cancellation. You must depart on 03/14/25 in order to arrive on 03/15/25 with the group.
A Passport is required to enter Kenya and Tanzania.
Deposits are $250 per person for land only package.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended as all deposits & payments are non-refundable.
All packages are eligible for travel insurance which can reimburse you should you have to cancel (see the terms of your travel insurance carrier).
Final payment is due no later than January 15, 2025.
This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room.
All travel documents will be sent 14-21 days prior to departure.
Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED.
Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.
Airfare is NOT included, and you must purchase your own flight to Kenya (NBO), from Kenya to Zanzibar (ZNZ) and from Zanzibar to your home destination.
03/15/25 will be a day dedicated to settling into your accommodations as our first activity will take place on 03/16/25. Because of this, you may arrive at any time on 03/15/25.
The second half of the trip includes travel to Zanzibar, Tanzania on 03/19/25. Below is the recommended travel accommodations to book:
Nairobi (NBO) departing on 03/19/25 at 8:00am and arriving in Zanzibar (ZNZ) at 09:50am
All hotel and resort accommodations in Kenya and Tanzania. Prices are based on Double Occupancy

Today is all about getting settled in. Our guests are arriving at different times on this day so this will be a day of relaxation. Don't worry, we will all keep in touch in our customized Whats App group chat
Sheldrick's Elephant Orphanage: Interact with rescued elephant calves, learn about their rehabilitation, and watch them during their feeding time.
Giraffe Center: Experience up close encounters with endangered Rothschild giraffes and learn about conservation efforts
Later in the evening, we will have a Welcome dinner at the famous Carnivore restaurant.
Immerse yourself in Maasai culture, learn about their traditions, dances, and way of life. Participate in activities like spear throwing, traditional dances, and crafts
Explore one of Kenya’s National Parks for a full day safari experience. Spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more in their natural habitat.
Transfer to the airport and fly to Zanzibar. As we will be arriving on an early flight, we go to our first excursion from the hotel- Stonetown!
Stone Town is the cultural heart of Zanzibar. It was established by Arab slave and spice traders in the early 19th century and was included in UNESCO's World Heritage Sites in 2000. Apart from its rich history you can also learn about
Traditional Zanzibar style doors.
Once we arrive at the resort, the rest of the evening is free for you to settle into your accommodation and relax.
Head on a traditional dhow boat for a scenic tour along the coast of Zanzibar. Enjoy snorkeling
We will head over to an orphanage to connect and give back. As we show our children the world, it is so important to be of service to our communities.
Once we leave the orphanage, we will have lunch at the famous restaurant- The Rock! Renowned for its breathtaking location and delectable seafood
cuisine, this iconic eatery offers an unparalleled dining experience.
Accessible only by boat during high tide or by foot during low tide, guests embark on a journey to reach this enchanting establishment, where rustic charm meets luxury.
