We are offering students at local area middle schools and high schools the opportunity to participate in an outstanding six-day/five-night tour of Washington D.C., along with a special excursion to Philadelphia, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and 911 Memorial in New York from June 8-15, 2026. The tour will depart the morning of June8th and return the morning of June 15th. Your child will have the unique opportunity to experience the nation’s capital, a virtual “living classroom,” with fellow classmates and teachers. They will experience government in action and visit some of the most historic treasures of our country. A list of sites and special features of this tour is presented on the next page. The tour has been prepared for us by Hoosier Travel, a fully insured travel agency specializing in student group travel to Washington D.C., with over 26 years of experience.
The base price of the tour (based on 50 paid participants) is $1,650.00. The Trip is based QUAD OCCUPANCY. The trip cost for paying adults is $1,850.00 if adults participate. Please read the General Information, this cover letter, and the Policy and Procedures pages carefully.
