Join us for 5 days of workouts under the Mediterranean sun, swimming in crystal clear waters, hiking through the Greek countryside, connecting to yourself through meditation, breath work and pilates and taste some of the most delicious food you'll ever eat.
Everyday we will take you through varied workouts. These will be in the style of HiiT, circuits, bootcamps, partner sessions and more. All sessions are suitable to all fitness levels.
Our wonderful in house chef, Rafi, will be cooking you 3 fresh meals a day and snacks. You will have more than enough food!
There are 3 room types. Shared occupancy - with friend or other solo traveler. Single occupancy room for more privacy.
We will have daily relaxation sessions which will include - stretch sessions, breath work, meditation and pilates.
Our spacious villa is free for you to roam and explore. With luscious gardens with secret corners, hammocks and a pool to lounge around. If you want extra movement use the villas gym.
We will be taking hikes and walks to the beach for swims and to watch the sunset.
You are responsible for your flight and transfer to and from the villa.

7:30 - 8:30 - Healthy chef prepared dinner
8:30 - onwards - Unwind and chat under the stars or games night!
