About your trip

Mexico City is one of the most exciting cities in the world right now. Built on the foundations of the ancient city of Tenochtitlán and shaped by centuries of Indigenous, colonial, and modern influence, it is a place where history, creativity, and incredible food exist everywhere you turn. The city is home to some of the best restaurants on the planet, a thriving art and design scene, vibrant markets, historic neighborhoods, and a cultural depth that rewards travelers who take the time to experience it properly.

This Girls Trip Series experience was created for women who want to explore Mexico City in a way that feels immersive, effortless, and fun. Instead of spending weeks researching restaurants, navigating logistics, and trying to figure out what is actually worth seeing, you arrive with a thoughtfully curated experience already in place. We will share unforgettable moments together, including a sunrise hot air balloon flight over the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacán, a women led culinary experience, and a peaceful morning boat ride through the historic canals of Xochimilco.

Beyond the curated experiences, much of the trip is intentionally left open so you can explore the city on your own terms. Whether that means wandering through markets, visiting museums, sitting at a café for hours, or chasing down the best tacos in the city, you will have the freedom to shape your days while still benefiting from thoughtful planning and local insight.

Every woman on the trip receives a detailed pre trip guide filled with insider recommendations for where to see, eat, sip, play, and move throughout the city. From restaurants on the World’s 50 Best list to hidden neighborhood gems, it gives you a head start so you can spend less time researching and more time enjoying the city.

The Girls Trip Series brings together women from different places and backgrounds who share a curiosity about the world and a love of meaningful travel. Within a few days strangers often become friends, and the simple moments of travel, morning coffee, wandering new neighborhoods, long dinners, and spontaneous adventures, become the memories that last long after the trip ends.

Mexico City is bold, vibrant, and endlessly inspiring. Experiencing it with a group of adventurous women makes it even better.

Who This Trip Is For

This trip is designed for women who enjoy travel that feels relaxed, thoughtful, and a little adventurous. The overall style of the experience is laid back and flexible, with a few curated activities that highlight some of the most meaningful parts of Mexico City. Between those moments, there is plenty of free time built into the itinerary so you can explore the city in ways that feel right for you. Spend the afternoon wandering museums, hunting down incredible tacos, lingering over coffee, visiting markets, or simply soaking in the rhythm of the city. The goal is to give you a great starting point while still allowing you the freedom to shape your days.

The trip is also ideal for women who are comfortable traveling independently but appreciate the energy of sharing a destination with like minded people. Some women join because they love the idea of exploring a new city with others, while still having the flexibility to do their own thing when they want to.

Our accommodations reflect that same balance. We will be staying in comfortable loft style homes in the heart of the city, with private bedrooms within a shared house. Each space includes a full kitchen and common areas where the group can gather, while still giving everyone their own room to retreat to at the end of the day. It creates the feeling of staying in a beautiful home together rather than a traditional hotel, which often becomes one of the most memorable parts of the trip.

Cancellation Policy & Departure Info

Please note that this trip requires a minimum of 6 women to run. The trip will be confirmed on or before July 15th. All trip payments are 100% non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled, in which case all payments will be returned. Payments can be transferred to another new trip sign-up, but filling the spot is the responsibility of the traveller and not The Girls Trip Series.

Meet Your Organizer: Ally Pintucci

Hi, I’m Ally. I’ve spent the better part of the last 17 years in airports chasing the kinds of destinations that spark curiosity and remind you how big and exciting the world really is.

My career started in the travel industry, where I spent eight years in sales and operations planning, selling, and running youth group trips across the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. When I wasn’t organizing trips for others, I was usually off on one of my own. My first big adventure happened at 18, when I camped across six countries in Southern Africa. That trip completely changed my perspective on what travel could be. From that point on, I set a goal to visit 30 countries before turning 30, a milestone I was lucky enough to pass by the age of 24.

Many people now know me primarily as a photographer. I eventually left the professional travel world to pursue my creative work, which has taken me into television, podcasting, and commercial photography for major airlines, hotels, and travel brands around the world. Along the way I also launched a podcast for women that has reached more than 50,000 downloads. Travel, storytelling, and connection have always been at the center of everything I do.

The Girls Trip Series brings all of those worlds together. These trips are designed to offer women some of the same life changing experiences that travel has given me over the years. My goal is to create space for you to step outside your routine, reconnect with yourself, and experience beautiful places alongside like minded women.

We don’t play enough as adults. Life gets busy, responsibilities pile up, and it becomes easy to forget what it feels like to be curious and adventurous. These trips create intentional space to explore, laugh, move, eat incredible food, and meet women who share a similar openness to the world.

And beyond the curated experiences, the rest of the trip is yours. Wander new streets, take your time over long meals, explore what excites you, and enjoy the kind of slow travel that allows a destination to truly sink in.

I can’t wait to meet you,

Ally

What Past Travellers Say About TGTS

From Katie:

"Hii 💗 how many times have I cried reflecting on this trip today? Too many. You created some absolute magic over the past 10 days. You created a safe space for so many different types of women to connect back to themselves. I seriously cannot thank you enough for trusting yourself to put on a trip like this. For me, this past year has been fucking hard I really feel like I had lost my joy but this trip sparked that joy right back up. It was exactly what I needed and was beyond my wildest expectations of what I thought this trip was going to be. The fact I am leaving not only finding my joy, but also having challenged myself, and having made friends for life is truly truly special. It was also really cool to watch you through this trip and for you to be one of us during the whole thing. I think that made it feel way more approachable. It truly was a girl's trip! I appreciate you so much! 💗💗"

From Emily:

"I will say it with my whole chest over and over - you 100% accomplished and delivered everything you said! It felt completely like my own trip, to do and connect in whatever way felt good for me. Super duper spot on with the surfing, I’ve said it many times since coming home - never in my life have I had so much fun enjoyment, and fulfillment trying something new, and doing it over and over again and never improving. The blast of my life. Take the trip!"
