On Thursday, May 14th at 6pm, join us for 90 minutes of Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra at Soleil's Salt Cave in Exeter, NH.

You will be led through a gentle Yin Yoga practice with extra, hands on assists & Reiki, from Jackie & Katie. The evening will conclude with a beautiful Yoga Nidra, also known as, "Yogic Sleep," inside the magical Salt Cave.

Bolsters, blocks, & blankets will be provided. Please dress comfortably. Space is limited!
