About your trip

Reconnect to nature and community during a restorative weekend retreat at Red Clover Ranch in Wisconsin's Driftless Region. Autumn is a time for slowing down, reflecting, and gathering what we need to move forward. In this time of upheaval in our world and communities, we can prioritize finding space to reground in ourselves, in nature, in connection.

Embrace the power of the collective and lean into the joy and energy that comes from spending time in community with inspiring women; Explore practices to stay grounded and balanced in times of internal and external upheaval, so you can continue to show up for yourself and for others in meaningful ways; Reflect on how you can direct your energy to preserve what is most important – in your life and in the world – as we move into the quieter months ahead.

  • Movement & Breath Practices: Root in your body and the earth, stay grounded and balanced, and access the creative energy of autumn.
  • Harvest & Preserve: Activities to connect with the bounty of the region during the autumn season.
  • Spend Time in Nature: Take in the changing season in the Driftless through hiking and guided stargazing.
  • Firepit Hangs & Sauna Sessions: Unwind, connect, and be in a community of women in a peaceful, restorative setting.
  • Reflect & Create: Unscheduled time to  journal, craft, make art or music.
