About your trip

Not everyone gets the call. When Allah invites you to His House, it isn’t random — it’s written for you.

This Umrah is for anyone who feels that quiet pull, whether it’s your first time stepping into the Haram or your return after many years. You’ll travel in a small group of like-minded Muslims, many of them young professionals, with calm, step-by-step guidance throughout.

Your spiritual guide, Hafiz Hammad, will lead the group Umrah and share short reflections that bring the Seerah and the sacred sites to life. The Evliya Travels team handles everything behind the scenes so you can focus on worship and rest. From preparing for Ihram to entering the Haram, you’ll know where to be, what to do, and who to ask.

Across nine days, we’ll balance Madinah’s stillness with Makkah’s awe, leaving time to pray, reflect and recharge without feeling rushed. From the moment you arrive, everything — from airport transfers to daily timings — is arranged with care, so you can focus entirely on worship and reflection.

So when you set out, all you need to do is answer the call - Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik.

🕋 The Experience

Umrah is more than a journey. It is a return to what matters most.

With the Evliya Team leading throughout — made up of both brothers and sisters — you’ll experience the right balance of spiritual guidance, practical support and calm organisation from the moment you arrive. The team brings the Seerah to life at each site while ensuring the journey runs smoothly and that everyone feels supported throughout.

We begin in Madinah, staying close to Masjid an-Nabawi. Days start with Fajr in the Prophet’s Mosque, followed by breakfast, rest and visits to places such as Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatayn and Uhud. Evenings are unhurried, giving time for prayer, journalling or reflection beneath the green dome. Optional activities, such as horse riding or mountain-top reflection experiences, are also available for those who wish to explore Madinah’s natural surroundings in a calm and reflective way.

We then travel to Makkah, entering Ihram together at the Miqat before performing Umrah on arrival. The days that follow bring a steady rhythm of worship, rest and visits to sites like Jabal Thawr, Jabal al-Nour and Arafah, along with optional evening circles for reflection and du‘a.

Throughout the trip, the Evliya team takes care of every detail, from hotels and transfers to daily timings and check-ins, so even first-time pilgrims feel confident and at ease.

It is a guided, unhurried Umrah: sincere, organised and deeply personal.

💫 What Makes This Journey Different

Faith-led community

This journey is led by the Evliya Team, who bring warmth, organisation and care to every part of the experience. The team includes both brothers and sisters, providing spiritual guidance, on-ground coordination and dedicated support throughout the journey. You’ll travel as part of a small, close-knit group of around 12 travellers — personal enough for real connection, yet with the shared energy that comes from journeying together.

Comfort without compromise

Stay in premium 5★ hotels within walking distance of both Harams: Anwar al Madinah Mövenpick and Address Jabal Omar Makkah.

Anwar al Madinah offers direct access to the Prophet’s Mosque, while Address Jabal Omar is one of Makkah’s newest and most impressive hotels, combining modern design, exceptional comfort and breathtaking views of the Haram. It also features one of the world’s highest sky musallas, offering a serene space for prayer with a panoramic view of the Holy Mosque. Together they ensure a stay that’s peaceful, restorative and truly memorable.

Clarity and care

For many first-time pilgrims, the biggest worry isn’t travel — it’s not knowing what to expect once they’re there. With Evliya, you’re guided through every step of Umrah with calm, practical clarity. From entering Ihram to performing tawaf, everything is explained and supported so you never feel unsure or rushed. You can focus on worship, reflection and presence, knowing the details and timings are all taken care of.

A journey written for you

If you’re reading this and feel a quiet pull, that’s often how the invitation begins. When Allah calls, He also makes the way. If this feels like your moment, we’ll handle the rest — with peace in your heart, ease in your journey, and companions who share your purpose. Where many Umrah trips focus on logistics alone, ours is designed for presence — with calm pacing, clear guidance, and reflection woven through every day.

🛂  Visa Guidance

British citizens

UK passport holders can enter Saudi Arabia through one of the following two options:

1️⃣ Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW)

A simple, single-entry visa waiver available to UK citizens.

Apply online at visa.visitsaudi.com by completing the EVW form, uploading your passport and flight details, and paying the SAR 150 (≈ £32) fee.

The EVW allows travel for Umrah (outside Hajj season), tourism, and visiting the Haramain. It’s usually approved within 24 hours, making it the fastest and most convenient option.

2️⃣ Tourist eVisa

Alternatively, apply for a multi-entry eVisa via the same portal.

Valid for up to one year, it permits multiple visits of up to 90 days each.

The process is identical to the EVW, though the fee is higher.

🪪 Passport validity

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry.

Non-British citizens

Travellers of other nationalities should check their eligibility for either the EVW or eVisa at visa.visitsaudi.com. If your country is not listed, we can assist with Umrah visa processing through our approved Saudi partner (additional fees apply).

💳 Deposits & Payments

A £250 deposit secures your place. This deposit is non-refundable.

Day 6 | To Makkah

Day 6 | To Makkah image

Jumu‘ah in Madinah & Journey to Makkah

This morning, prepare for Jumu‘ah in Masjid an-Nabawi, the heart of every visit to the Prophet’s City. Join the congregation early to experience the stillness and devotion that fills the Haram.

After prayer, return to the hotel for check-out and lunch before beginning the journey to Makkah.

Depart by private coach in the early afternoon (approx. 4–5 hours). Stop at Dhul-Hulayfah (Miqat), where the Evliya Team, led spiritually by Hafiz Hammad, will guide everyone step-by-step through the process of entering Ihram and making intention for Umrah. As the coach continues through the desert, take time for quiet reflection — this is the same route once travelled by the Prophet ﷺ.

Arrive in Makkah by evening and check into the 5★ Address Jabal Omar Hotel, a short walk from the Haram. After freshening up, the group will gather in the hotel lobby before proceeding together to the Masjid al-Haram.

Under the guidance of Hafiz Hammad, you’ll perform your Umrah step-by-step — beginning with Tawaf around the Ka‘bah and Sa‘i between Safa and Marwah, with the Evliya Team on hand for coordination and care at each stage. For many, this will be a first glimpse of the Ka‘bah, a moment to pause, make du‘a, and remember why you came.

Walk Through Early Islam

After completing your Umrah rites, the morning is free to rest, recover and spend quiet time in personal ibadah. After duhr, gather for a group lunch, a relaxed moment to share reflections from the journey and reconnect as a group before exploring Makkah’s early history.

In the afternoon, join a guided walking tour around Masjid al-Haram, visiting key sites such as Dar al-Arqam, the Prophet’s birthplace, and the homes of the early Companions.

In the evening, join the Evliya Team for an optional reflection circle on the rooftop of Masjid al-Haram, overlooking the Ka‘bah. For those who wish, an optional night tawaf after Isha offers a peaceful close to the day.

Day 8 | Ziyarah

Day 8 | Ziyarah image

Sacred Sites of Makkah

After breakfast, set out on a guided coach tour through the sacred valley of Makkah, visiting key sites that shaped the story of Islam. Accompanied by reflections from the Evliya Team, the journey takes you to Jabal Thawr, where the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr sought refuge, Arafah and Jabal al-Rahmah, Mina, and Muzdalifah — places that still echo with the legacy of Hajj.

At each stop, pause for short duʿan and time to reflect on the courage, patience, and trust that defined these moments. The tour concludes by early afternoon, returning to the hotel before Duhr.

In the evening, those who wish may join the Evliya Team for a guided second Umrah from Masjid Aishah (at-Tanʿim). It’s a calm, supported experience, a chance to repeat the rites of Umrah with renewed gratitude and intention, closing your journey in worship and peace.
