After settling in, we’ll gather for a Welcome Ceremony Circle—a warm, inviting space to set our intentions and begin our journey together.
Take some time to relax, breathe, and connect with your surroundings or the women who resonate with you.
As evening falls, we’ll share a delicious, nourishing dinner, filled with laughter and heartfelt stories—a true feast for both body and soul.
Under the stars, our Fireside Chat Outdoors will offer a chance to relate, connect, and gently release any burdens you’ve been carrying.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, allowing you to unwind and prepare for the deep, restorative rest you deserve.
Today is designed to bring a sense of flow and intention to each part of your day, contributing to the theme of self-love, empowerment and connection.
Morning Awakening with Breathwork:
We’ll start the day together with a peaceful breathwork session, easing into the morning with clarity and calm.
Breakfast for Champions:
Gather around the table to enjoy a vibrant spread of raw foods, smoothies, and hearty eggs—fuel for the soul and body as we connect and prepare for the day ahead.
Workshop:
"When You Love Yourself, You Find Yourself" Dive deep into self-love as we explore how to give ourselves the love we truly desire, discovering the 12 keys to loving ourselves more.
Guided Journaling for Reflection & Self-Inquiry: Take a quiet moment for guided journaling, allowing your thoughts to flow as you reflect and explore your inner world.

Making Fun in the Kitchen: Later, we’ll gather in the kitchen to create a delicious dinner together. It’s a playful, joyful time of connection as we prepare and share a meal, filled with laughter and warmth.
Sound Bath Healing:
We’ll close the day with a soothing sound bath, letting the healing vibrations wash over us, bringing deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.

Flow into the morning with the gentle, meditative movements of Tai Chi and Qigong, allowing your energy to align and your mind to find calm.
Heart Opening Meditation:
We’ll continue with a heart-opening meditation, inviting love and compassion to flow through us, creating a profound sense of connection and peace.
Dr. Laurie Moore’s Session:
Prepare for a transformative experience with Dr. Laurie Moore. Her session will be a deep dive into your inner world, blending hypnotherapy, somatic work, and EMDR techniques. As a skilled communication reader and LMFT, she’ll guide us through a journey that awakens our senses, releases old patterns, and leaves us feeling renewed, empowered, and deeply connected to our true selves.
Adventure to Calaveras Big Trees:
Afterward, we’ll embark on an adventure to the majestic Calaveras Big Trees. We’ll take time to journal in the park, surrounded by the awe-inspiring beauty of ancient giants, reflecting on the day’s experiences and insights.
Dinner Together:
We’ll return for a nourishing dinner shared in good company, reflecting on the day’s adventures and transformations.
Ecstatic Dance:
We’ll end the day with an ecstatic dance session, letting go of inhibitions and allowing our bodies to move freely to the rhythm of joy and expression. It’s a celebration of life, energy, and the beautiful connection we’ve built together.
On this day, we'll wrap up the retreat, emphasizing reflection, creativity, and the meaningful connections we've made along the way.
Closing Ceremony Circle:
We’ll come together one last time in a heartfelt closing circle, reflecting on our journey, the relationships we’ve woven, and the growth we’ve experienced.
It’s a time to honor everything we’ve discovered and to hold space for the new possibilities that await us as we journey home.
Creativity, Clarity, and Crayons:
Before we part, we’ll engage in a playful yet profound creative session. Using crayons and other simple tools, we’ll express the clarity and insights we’ve gained, allowing our creativity to flow freely and capturing the essence of our experience.
Spiritual Gift Exchange:
As we prepare to say our goodbyes, we’ll share a spiritual gift exchange, offering each other tokens of love, gratitude, and the shared memories we’ve created.
