Waiver and Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being permitted to participate in the group trip organized by TravelherCo, a division of Messengers Media LLC:

Voluntary Participation:

• I voluntarily choose to participate in this group trip and acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary.

Assumption of Risks:

• I understand that traveling involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, personal injury, property damage, and other unforeseen events. I willingly assume all risks associated with my participation in this trip.

Health and Fitness:

• I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this trip. I have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation.

Medical Treatment:

• In the event of an emergency, I authorize TravelherCo and its representatives to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

Personal Property:

• I understand that TravelherCo is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings during the trip.

Travel Insurance:

• I acknowledge that TravelherCo strongly recommends obtaining travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Release of Liability:

• I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless TravelherCo, Messengers Media LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this group trip, including but not limited to any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• I agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs of the destination country. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the trip without a refund.

Photo and Media Release:

• I grant TravelherCo permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

Governing Law:

• This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina where TravelherCo is headquartered.

TravelherCo Group Trip Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth process for everyone involved, please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds:

Cancellation 60+ Days Before Departure:

• If you cancel your participation 60 or more days before the trip departure date, you will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit and any associated processing fees.

Cancellation 30-59 Days Before Departure:

• If you cancel your participation between 30 to 59 days before the trip departure date, you may receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.

Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Departure:

• If you cancel your participation less than 30 days before the trip departure date, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip. This deposit covers administrative and operational costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Transfer of Booking:

• If you are unable to participate in the trip, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify TravelherCo at least 30 days before the departure date. The new participant must meet all trip requirements and agree to the terms and conditions. A transfer fee of $75 may apply.

Cancellation by TravelherCo:

• In the unlikely event that TravelherCo needs to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, low enrollment), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit. TravelherCo is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (e.g., airfare, visa fees).

Travel Insurance:

• TravelherCo strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues. Please ensure your policy covers trip cancellations.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., personal emergencies, illness), TravelherCo will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds or travel credits may be issued at the discretion of TravelherCo management.

How to Cancel:

• To cancel your participation, please notify TravelherCo in writing via email at hello@travelherco.com. The cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your written notification.

By booking a trip with TravelherCo, you agree to this cancellation policy.
