This retreat features trauma-informed yoga and somatic practices designed to promote deeper HEALing. Whether you're seeking to explore the desert's stillness or simply unwind, we've created a perfect space for you.

With a variety of room options and the warmth of communal living, our lodge-style accommodations offer a cozy and welcoming environment. Not sure about meeting new people? Bring some friends along for a shared weekend of peace and connection!

The Yoga

 During this retreat, we will be offering a variety of yoga styles designed to promote deep HEALing and rejuvenation. Each day will feature Vinyasa Flow sessions, where movement is synchronized with breath, offering a dynamic, energizing practice that builds strength and flexibility. For those seeking a gentler approach, our Gentle Flow classes will focus on mindful movement and relaxation, perfect for unwinding after outdoor adventures. We’ll also dive into Yin Yoga, a slower-paced practice where long-held postures help release tension and encourage deep tissue relaxation. To round out the experience, we’ll offer Yoga Nidra sessions, a guided meditation technique known as “yogic sleep” that promotes profound relaxation and mental clarity. Each practice is thoughtfully designed to support your body and mind as you journey through the desert landscape.

The Adventure

 

During this retreat, we’ll immerse ourselves in the breathtaking natural beauty of Kanab, Utah, where outdoor adventure and serenity await at every turn. You'll have the opportunity to explore the stunning Moqui Caves, with their fascinating rock formations, and experience the surreal White Wave, a dazzling area known for its smooth, white sandstone waves. We'll embark on epic red rock hikes, winding through Kanab’s signature red sandstone cliffs and canyons, offering unparalleled views and a chance to connect deeply with the land. As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a soothing Yin Yoga session, perfectly timed to capture the tranquil energy of the desert at dusk. These outdoor experiences, designed to rejuvenate both body and spirit, will leave you feeling grounded and inspired by the vast beauty of this unique desert landscape.

The Food

 At our retreats, we believe that food is an integral part of your healing journey. That’s why we’re offering freshly prepared, deeply nourishing vegetarian meals that are designed to heal both body and mind. Each meal is crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to support your well-being and enhance your retreat experience. We take great care in tailoring our menus to meet the dietary needs of our attendees, ensuring that every bite fuels you for both adventure and relaxation. From energizing breakfasts to satisfying dinners, our meals will leave you feeling balanced, nourished, and connected to the earth.

Almost all rooms are shared with a couple of private rooms available. All rooms have their own bathroom.

We focus on a mix of lean animal protein and plant based options based on your personal preferences.

Yoga Instruction

At least 2x daily, possibly more

Red Rock Hiking / Yoga

We'll be exploring the local history and topography as well as the iconic red rocks known to the area. Plan on epic hikes, slot canyons and the iconic red rocks the area is known for!

Day 1

Check In / Dinner / Opening Yoga

Check-in will begin at 4:45 pm, giving you time to settle in and explore the hacienda.

Afterwards, we’ll gather for a delicious dinner in the common room, followed by a gentle yoga flow to ease into the retreat. We’ll wrap up the evening with a relaxing "Getting to Know You" session, where you’ll have the chance to connect with fellow attendees.

Adventure Day Among the Red Rocks

 Day 2 promises an exciting adventure as we immerse ourselves in the healing power of nature. We’ll start the day with an enriching yoga workshop, followed by an awe-inspiring hike through the stunning slot canyons. 


Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore the charming town of Kanab and soak in its unique atmosphere and old timey Hollywood vibes.


We’ll wrap up the day with a nourishing dinner, then wind down with a soothing Nightcap Yoga Nidra session to prepare you for deep, restorative sleep.

Yoga / Outdoor Activities / Workshops

 On Day 3, we'll deepen our HEALing journey with a transformative yoga workshop designed to further enrich your practice and guide you on your path of self-healing.

Next, we’ll embark on another unforgettable adventure through the majestic red rocks, before returning for a delicious dinner. To close the day, we’ll gather around the fire for a special closing ceremony (weather permitting) to reflect on our experiences and share the energy of the retreat.

Yoga in the Yard / Breakfast / Checkout

 Start your final day with an early Rise and Shine Yoga session as the sun rises over the stunning desert landscape in our backyard.


Afterward, enjoy a nourishing breakfast and some free time to reflect, relax, or explore before checkout.
