Your journey begins at 4:30 PM as you arrive at our stunning mountain retreat, where the fresh alpine air and breathtaking views welcome you. After checking in, take some time to settle into your space, explore the serene property, and indulge in the nature that surrounds this lodge, a quiet moment on the expansive patios, a walk through the trees, or a warm cup of tea as you soak in the peaceful surroundings.


As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather in the dining room for a beautifully prepared welcome dinner at 6 PM. Enjoy a nourishing, chef-crafted meal as you connect with fellow retreat guests, sharing excitement and setting the tone for the transformative days ahead.


At 8 PM, under a sky full of stars (weather permitting), we’ll ease into the retreat with a gentle, grounding yoga flow, followed by a Getting to Know You session designed to create meaningful connections in a relaxed, welcoming space. As you move through breath and movement, you'll begin to release the outside world and fully arrive in this moment—ready for the adventure, healing, and renewal that awaits.

Adventure, Connection & The Healing Power of Nature

Awaken to the soft glow of the sunrise over the trees and step onto the patio for a Rise & Shine Yoga session, where you’ll move, breathe, and set your intentions for the day ahead. As the morning air refreshes your senses, you'll flow through gentle postures designed to awaken both body and mind, preparing you for a day of adventure and connection.


Afterward, indulge in a nourishing, chef-prepared breakfast, fueling up before diving into a transformative wellness workshop, where we’ll explore the HEALing aspects of nature and how to deepen our connection with the world around us.


🌊 A Day at the Lake: Play, Explore, & Recharge 🌊
Mid-morning, we’ll head down to the pristine waters of Bear Lake, where you’ll have the freedom to design your perfect lakeside experience. Choose from a variety of activities, including:

🏖 Relaxing beach time
🧘 SUP Yoga on the water (bring your board or rent one!)
🏄 Paddleboarding & kayaking
🚤 Jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and scenic boat tours (available through Epic Recreation)


No need to cut the fun short—we’ll bring along a gourmet picnic lunch, so you can stay, play, and soak in the sunshine without a worry.


🏔 Afternoon Reset & Free Time 🌿

After an exhilarating day of lake adventures, we’ll slow things down with a leisurely stroll through the charming town of Garden City. Here, we’ll soak in the small-town charm, browse local shops, and, of course, savor the legendary world-famous raspberry shake—an absolute must for any Bear Lake visit.


As the golden hues of late afternoon settle over the water, we’ll embark on an unforgettable pontoon ride across the lake. The air will be crisp with the scent of the water, the sky painted in soft pastels as we glide toward the east shore near North Beach. Awaiting us is a meticulously prepared, chef-curated dinner, where we’ll gather around a beautifully set table to share laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the kind of connection that only nature and good company can inspire.

Under the twilight sky, we’ll take in the serenity of Bear Lake before boarding the pontoon once more, cruising back to the marina beneath a canopy of stars. The gentle hum of the boat, the reflection of moonlight on the water, and the lingering warmth of an unforgettable evening will make this a moment to cherish long after the trip ends. Once we dock, we’ll return to the lodge, carrying with us the perfect end to a perfect day.


🌙 Unwind Under the Stars 🌙
To close out the day, we’ll gather once more on the patio for a Nightcap Yoga Nidra session, a deeply restorative practice designed to guide you into complete relaxation. Under a canopy of stars, you’ll surrender to stillness, letting go of tension, setting intentions, and embracing the magic of the present moment.

 As the first light of morning filters through the towering limber pines, we’ll begin our day with a silent hike, allowing the rhythmic crunch of earth beneath our feet and the whisper of the wind through the trees to guide us into a space of deep presence. With each step, the stillness settles in, sharpening our senses and connecting us to the quiet wisdom of the mountains. At a scenic overlook, we’ll pause to savor a nourishing trailside breakfast, letting the crisp mountain air and breathtaking views enhance every bite.


Afterward, we’ll transition into a Posture Clinic Workshop, where we’ll explore the art of movement, alignment, and body awareness. Whether you're looking to refine your stance for outdoor adventures or simply move through life with greater ease, this session will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply attuned to your body.


Then, it’s time to saddle up for an unforgettable three-hour horseback ride through the heart of the wilderness. We’ll wind through valleys bursting with wildflowers, follow quiet streams through lush meadows, and gradually ascend into golden aspen groves, their leaves fluttering like whispers in the breeze. At a breathtaking summit, we’ll take a well-earned break for a trailside picnic lunch, soaking in panoramic views and the simple pleasure of good food shared in the great outdoors.


As we make our way back down, the afternoon stretches before us, offering free time to rest, explore, or simply take in the serenity of the lodge. Whether you choose to relax on the porch with a book, take a dip in a nearby creek, or wander through the surrounding trails, this is your moment to unwind and reconnect with yourself.


As the day winds to a close, we’ll come together for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga session, designed to release tension, calm the mind, and prepare the body for a night of blissful, rejuvenating sleep. With gentle postures, soft candlelight, and the soothing hum of nature all around us, we’ll surrender to stillness, allowing the magic of the mountains to lull us into complete tranquility.

Play, Learn, & Celebrate the Journey

 Rise early, yogis! The day begins with a peaceful Rise & Shine Yoga practice on the patio as the sun slowly rises over the mountains, filling the sky with warm hues. With the fresh mountain air and the stunning landscape around you, this session will ground you and prepare you for a day of adventure, play, and personal growth.

Following yoga, a delicious breakfast awaits, fueling you for the exciting day ahead. 


After breakfast, we’ll gather for an inspiring workshop that deepens your connection to self and your place in nature, giving you powerful tools to continue your journey even after the retreat ends.


🌲 Off-Road Adventure: A Guided UTV Ride Through the Wild  🏞
Get ready to experience the mountains like never before as we embark on a thrilling guided UTV ride, winding through rugged backcountry trails that lead us deep into the heart of the wilderness. With the fresh alpine air on our faces and the hum of the engines beneath us, we’ll carve our way through towering pine forests, vast open meadows, and rocky ridgelines that offer breathtaking panoramic views at every turn.


Along the way, we’ll make stops at stunning viewpoints, where we can step out, stretch our legs, and soak in the jaw-dropping scenery—expansive valleys stretching toward the horizon, pristine lakes shimmering in the distance, and the endless majesty of the mountain range all around us. Whether it's the golden glow of aspens, the wildflowers bursting with color, or the occasional glimpse of local wildlife, every twist in the trail brings something new to marvel at.


At a particularly scenic overlook, we’ll take a break for a picturesque picnic lunch, spreading out a well-prepared meal amidst nature’s finest backdrop. With sweeping views, fresh mountain air, and the camaraderie of the group, this is the perfect moment to pause, refuel, and simply take it all in.


After lunch, we’ll continue our adventure, navigating winding trails that weave through hidden alpine passes and open stretches of land where you can feel the true vastness of the landscape. Whether you’re behind the wheel or simply enjoying the ride, the mix of excitement and serenity makes for an unforgettable off-road journey.


As we make our way back, the mountain sun casts long golden shadows over the trails, leaving us with one last look at the wild beauty that surrounds us. By the time we return to the lodge, hearts full and spirits lifted, you’ll know you’ve truly experienced the mountains in their most exhilarating and untamed form.


🌿 Afternoon Wokshops & Nature Integration 🌿
After a day of exploration, we’ll return to the resort for another round of mini workshops. These will help you integrate everything you’ve learned, whether it’s deepening your knowledge of wellness practices, or connecting to holistic health.

As the day winds down, we’ll gather together for one last chef-prepared dinner, savoring each bite and reflecting on the beautiful moments shared throughout the retreat.

After an incredible journey of adventure and self-discovery, we’ll start the day with a slept-in morning, allowing you to rest and reflect on the transformative experiences you’ve had. We’ll gather for a beautiful yoga send-off, a gentle practice that helps you center and express gratitude for the past days, leaving you with a sense of peace and closure.


After yoga, enjoy a nourishing breakfast, fueling up for your final moments at the retreat. You’ll have some free time to relax, take in the views one last time, and soak up the serene atmosphere of the mountains before your checkout at 10 AM.
