We'll be there to greet you with open arms and whisk you away to our stunning retreat home in Jacó, a lively, sun-soaked beach town just 1.5 hours down the coast. Roll the windows down, breathe in the ocean air, and let the lush landscapes start doing their thing. The unwinding begins before you even arrive. If you have time, stop by the world famous Crocidile Bridge.
Once you're settled in and have had a moment to exhale, we'll come together for a Welcome Dinner that feels less like an event and more like reconnecting with people you were always meant to meet. And as the night deepens and the stars take over the sky, we'll move to the beach for something truly special. Dinner | 7:30 PM The evening invites you into an equally extraordinary setting. We're weighing two incredible options, both worthy of the day you'll have just had. One is Graffiti, a beloved Jacó dining experience known for its bold flavors and electric atmosphere. The other is an intimate dinner perched above it all, where the views are as unforgettable as the food. Whichever we land on, the conversation, the company, and the magic of the evening will be the real highlight.

Sunset Boat Cruise There are sunsets, and then there are Jacó sunsets from the water. As the afternoon melts into evening, we'll set sail for a sunset cruise that is equal parts stunning and soul-filling. Dinner | 8:30 PM We're closing out Monday at Puddlefish, our favorite spot for a relaxed, laid-back evening with good food and even better energy. Think cozy vibes, easy laughter, and the very real possibility of live music or a karaoke moment you'll either love or never live down. The perfect end to an unforgettable day.
Breakfast | 8:00 AM One last morning to slow down, sip your coffee, and take it all in. Gather with your people, swap numbers if you haven't already, and let yourself feel everything this week has stirred up. You've earned this breakfast.
Sound Bath | 9:00 AM We're offering one final sound bath to close out the retreat the way it began, with intention and presence. If your body is asking for a little extra rest this morning, honor that. Sleep in, lay by the pool, or simply be still. There is no wrong way to spend this hour.
How Do You Spend Your Time | 10:00 AM This session is the one that ties it all together. We're getting honest about where your time actually goes and where it deserves to go instead. Walk away with a clearer picture of how to protect your energy, prioritize what matters, and build a life behind the chair that works for you, not against you.
Lunch Savor it. This is your last midday pause in paradise, and we want you to be present for every bite, every laugh, and every conversation that lingers a little longer than expected.
Social Media and Branding | 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM We're ending with action. This session is all about translating everything you've learned this week into a presence online that actually reflects you. Bold, clear, and completely authentic. You'll leave with real strategies, fresh ideas, and the confidence to show up consistently and intentionally.
Free Time | 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM The afternoon is yours. Take a final dip in the ocean, do some last minute souvenir shopping, sit quietly and journal, or simply wander. Whatever your soul needs, this is the time for it.
Farewell Dinner | 7:00 PM at Amavi We're ending the week somewhere as beautiful as the journey itself. Amavi sets the perfect backdrop for a dinner filled with gratitude, toasts, tears, and the kind of laughter that echoes. This is not goodbye.
