About your trip

Join us on a volunteer service trip to Israel where we will help and assist Israelis in need that were affected by the war while also experiencing the beautiful scenery and history of Israel. Our presence in the land, our acts of service, and our solidarity with Israel will encourage the people at a time when they feel alone and vulnerable. You will be a blessing and will surely be blessed.

What's included

Duration

9 nights in Israel and 10 full days of volunteering and touring the land of Israel.

Accommodation

The tour will utilize 4+ star hotels. Pricing is based on double sharing rooms. Single rooms are available for an additional fee.

Meals

Breakfast (full Israeli buffet) and dinner are provided daily; Also included are 1 special lunches and 1 farewell dinner.

Touring and Sites

A licensed, English speaking Israeli tour guide with an air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled tour bus will transport the group to all hotels and sites. All entrance fees are included as per itinerary

What's not included

Domestic Travel to JFK

Domestic travel/flight, if required, to and from John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK)

Insurance

Proof of travel (medical) insurance is required. Travel and trip interruption insurance is recommended but not required.

Lunches

Lunches on days when not included – around $20 depending on location

Tips and Gratuity

Each participant is expected to contribute $190 towards the tips and gratuities for the tour guide, driver, hotels, and special sites.

Day 1 Travel to Israel

May 26 - Departing JFK, Arriving Ben Gurion

The group will depart Monday, May 26, 2025 on El Al flight #012 from New York (JFK) at 01:55 AM.


Arrival will be at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv (TLV) on Monday Monday, May 26, 2025 at 07:25 PM.


After arriving at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, the group will head directly to the hotel in the coastal town of Netanya, just north of Tel Aviv, to check into our hotel overlooking the sea.

May 27 - Touring Day

The group will travel up the Mediterranean coastline to visit Caesarea Maritima. This will be followed by visits to Mount Carmel and Nazareth as the group travels across to the Sea of Galilee.


After check in at our Galilee hotel and a buffet dinner there will be an orientation meeting to go over some details of the trip and the volunteer work the group will embark upon together over the next 10 days!

May 28 - Full Day Volunteering at Kibbutz

The group will spend the day volunteering at a local kibbutz in the Galilee.


Day 4 Tour

May 29 - Full Day of Touring

After an early breakfast overlooking the beautiful Sea of Galilee, the group will set out for a full day of touring, starting with the Biblical sites of the Mount of Beatitudes, Saint Peter's Primacy, and Capernaum. The morning will end with a boat ride on the lake and a viewing of the Jesus Boat at Kibbutz Nof Ginosar before enjoying a well-earned lunch of St. Peter's fish.

 

In the afternoon, the group will visit the site of the ancient town of Magdala and end the day with baptizms in the River Jordan. 

Day 5 Jerusalem

May 30 - Travel to Jerusalem

The group check out of its Galilee hotel before heading up to the great city of Jerusalem.  The first stop will be the Mount of Olives overlooking the city of Jerusalem, from which the group will descend, following the path Jesus took on Palm Sunday. The group will pause midway at the church of Dominus Flevit before continuing down to the garden of Gethsemane. 


The day will end with a visit to the Haas Promenade and the US Embassy before checking into the Jerusalem hotel.

May 31 - Following Jesus' Last Days in Jerusalem.

The group will begin the day at St. Peter in Gallicantu, before continuing on to the Upper Room, Jewish Quarter, and Western Wall.


After enjoying a wonderful lunch in the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem, and taking a little time for shopping, the afternoon will conclude with a visit the Garden Tomb for a time of worship and communion together.

June 1 - Visit Qumran, the Dead Sea, and the Nova Festival site

After a hearty Israeli style full buffet breakfast the group will check out of its Jerusalem hotel and travel down to the  the ancient site of Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were found. 


There will be an opportunity to float in the Dead Sea before heading over to the Gaza envelope to bear witness at the site of the Nova Festival massacre on October 7.


Hotel check-in will be at a hotel in Beersheva.

June 2 - Volunteer at a Kibbutz

The group will carry out volunteer projects at a kibbutz on the Gaza envelope that was affected by the Hamas attack on October 7th. The nature of the projects will depend on the immediate need but could include the harvesting of fruit and vegetables, repair and painting of damaged facilities, and various clean-up operations.

June 3 - Volunteer at a Kibbutz

June 4 - Volunteer at a Kibbutz

Day 11 Final Day

June 5 - Visit Wounded Soldiers Before Heading Home

The group will have a late checkout from its Beersheva hotel before heading back towards Tel Aviv/Jaffa for the final farewell dinner. Along the way, the group will stop in to visit some wounded IDF soldiers to encourage them with gifts and words of support.

After a dinner overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the group will travel to Ben Gurion Airport for its return flight. The departure flight is El Al #003, 12:05 AM June 6th to the USA.

The group will arrive back in the USA Arrival on June 6th, at New York (JFK)

at 04:55 AM.
