Our adventure begins as we pick up the group from the airport and sleep in Guatemala City, we’ll take the day to relax and get the first glance of Guate!
About an 8 hours drive from Antigua we head to Semuc Champey a Nature Reserve in the middle of the jungle, we enjoy the tour inside the caves and relax going down the river with floaties
Next day we do a short hike uphill to see the incredible view of the waterfalls, and then we refresh with a bath.
Antigua it's a Unesco World Heritage site, surrounded by volcanoes just 40 minutes away from the capital, known for its colonial heritage, magical vibes, amazing weather and cultural sites. The town is perfect for walking and exploring around the markets and plazas, getting handcrafts for souvenirs and enjoying the traditional food from Guatemala
If you're into outdoor activities and trekkings this is for you! (so this activity it's completely optional). We'll stay in the base camp of the slopes of the beautiful Acatenango Volcano to enjoy the 360 panoramic views of Guatemala where you can appreciate the sights of Volcano de Fuego eruptions.
Next day in the morning we'll hike to the peak of Acatenango Volcano, with panoramic views from the summit and descend back to Antigua by the afternoon. This trip includes a local guide, transportation, camping gear, and security staff during the hike
Lake Atitlan is a volcanic crater in Guatemala ringed by mayan villages and volcanoes, it's one of the largest tourist attractions of this country for a reason! We’ll Stay in Panajachel and visit San Pedro village. The natural vegetation of this place, and the unique biodiversity makes it a perfect place to connect with nature.
We go back to Antigua to recover from the intense experience, and get ready for the next country in our adventure El Salvador.
Staying the night in Lake Coatepeque to enjoy the amazing views around Coatepeque lake and fresh seafood and coconut!
Next morning we’ll hike to Ilamatepeq volcano, an easy hike to the top of the volcano where you can see the lagoon inside, you can also learn all about the history from this active volcano and enjoy the amazing view from the top.
We'll head to El Zonte where you can enjoy world class surfing, or just relax in the tropical paradise and enjoy the vibes and amazing food from this place. You're welcome to take surf lessons if you want or join a yoga class right next to the beach. And don't miss the chance to try Salvadoran cuisine.
We’ll head to a beach nearby to release baby turtles in the ocean, then we’ll spend the day in El Tunco, a vibrant beach town and the host of the ISA world cup.
From El Tunco we’ll head to Guatemala city, it will be around 5 hours depending on traffic. We’ll chill there and get ready for the end of the adventure.
