Tanzania is home to 20% of Africa’s large mammal population and you’ll be sure to see some incredible wildlife on this 4 days Tanzania safari. Visit the iconic Serengeti National Park with us, home of the Great Wildlife Migration where you’ll see millions of animals, from wildebeest to zebra to lions. You will visit Ngorongoro Crater, a 10-mile-wide crater formed thousands of years ago and host to an incredible number of coexisting birds and animals due to the diversity of habitat in the crater.

Day 1: Tarangire NP

Full Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

After a well deserved good night sleep, you will wake up early to an exceptional breakfast at the hotel. Our expert guide will meet with you to brief you on your safari details. They will review safety measures as well as determine your wildlife viewing interests. Gearing up in the luxurious safari vehicle, you will head to witness majestic large elephant herds and over 400 species of birds in Tarangire National Park. The late afternoon is also prime time for predator activity. Keep an eye out for lions lounging in the shade or possibly stalking prey. You might even see a stealthy leopard lounging on a branch, keeping watch over its territory.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater

Full Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater

After a well deserved good night sleep, you will wake up early to an exceptional breakfast at the Lodge. 

Visit Ngorongoro Crater, a 10-mile-wide crater formed thousands of years ago and host to an incredible number of coexisting birds and animals due to the diversity of habitat in the crater. You begin your day early, descending into the crater as the sun rises. The cool air and mist create a magical atmosphere, and the anticipation builds as you enter this UNESCO World Heritage site. A game drive in Ngorongoro Crater is a truly unforgettable experience, often considered one of the best wildlife viewing locations in the world.

Day 3: Serengeti NP

Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park.

Game drive in Serengeti National Park, one of the most iconic landscapes in Tanzania and another opportunity for amazing wildlife viewing. During this time, animals become more active. You might spot elephants and giraffes browsing in the trees, while herds of wildebeest and zebras roam the plains. Keep an eye out for predators like lions or cheetahs, often on the hunt or resting nearby. Witness an incredible sunset before heading to your camp for some freshening up, dinner, and drinks around the camp fire.

Day 4: Return to Arusha

Morning Game Drive in Serengeti Then Drive Back To Arusha

Continue with your morning game drive through the savannah then drive back to Arusha. You also have the option to add an incredible Serengeti Balloon Safari (additional charge) to your itinerary here. A Serengeti balloon safari is the ultimate way to experience the vastness of the lands and wildlife. Just imagine soaring above the Serengeti plains in complete silence watching wildlife on the ground below.
