Once you complete your deposit payment and fill out your accommodation request questions, we will email you a quote for your family based on your needs.
Availability is limited for each room type, and is first come first serve, so early booking is recommended.
A €250 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
The deposit becomes non-refundable 150 days or fewer before the start of your retreat session.

By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, and you release Every Avenue Travel LLC and its organizers from all liability. Photography and videography may be used for promotional purposes for future trips.

Retreat leaders will be staying at the resort and joining group outings as personal guides and facilitators.
You’ll be exploring Austria with a like-minded group of worldschooling families.
Private WhatsApp chats for connection, coordination, and bonding — for both adults and kids.
Accommodation type you selected and paid for will be included once you have selected your room package. Custom quotes will be made for each family based on needs.
You’ll receive a travel card for free local transit in Salzburgerland.

There will be additional kids club hours during the retreat and extra staff on property to accommodate the needs of our group.
Our group will have a private dining room area, away from the main guest dining room, to ensure quality time and be as crazy as we want!
There will be a conference room available for our group to use as a co-working space or board game room and hangout space.
We have arranged for discounted Ski rentals and Ski School lessons for our group

Travel to the retreat location from your home is not included.
Only meals included in the resort food package are covered. All lunches and additional snacks or drinks are at your own cost.
If any optional experiences come with additional fees outside of our main group activities, those costs are not included (unless stated otherwise).
Purchase a ski lift pass for the number of days that works for you. The more days you buy, the cheaper the daily rate.
Ski or Snowboard lessons is highly encouraged. You may sign up for however many days you'd like, based on your needs and budget.
Rentals are not included, but we have arranged for a discount on rentals for our group only.
Travel insurance is not included, however it is recommended. Please see the link above
Costs for getting to Austria are not included. However, trains and buses between Salzburg and Gastein are included.
Any resort purchases (e.g., alcoholic beverages, extra meals, taxes, fees) will be your responsibility.
