By registering and submitting your payment for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Every Avenue Travel LLC and its organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses that may occur during the retreat or any associated activities. Participation in all events — including physical, outdoor, or recreational activities — is entirely at your own risk.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected events such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or travel disruptions. Travel Insurance

By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, and you release Every Avenue Travel LLC and its organizers from all liability. Photography and videography may be used for promotional purposes for future trips.

A $250 deposit is required to sign you up for the trip. Once your deposit is received, your personalized quote will be sent to you.

Please note that selecting a room and receiving a quote does not reserve your room. After we add your balance to WeTravel, your room will only be officially reserved once the full balance is paid.

Once your payment is completed, our team will reach out to the hotel and secure your room.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve your spot in the group. This deposit is refundable until March 1, 2026, if you decide to cancel, allowing you to secure your place.

• Booking & Payment: Once we confirm your room availability based on your family situation, a full payment is required to secure your reservation. Full payment will be required by March 26, 2026.

• Cancellation After Booking: After full payment is made, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, in accordance with the resort's cancellation policy. No refund will be issued.

• Deposit Refunds: If you cancel prior to full payment, your deposit is refundable before March 1, 2026; however, please note that it is not a full refund.
