Travel to Italy, Puglia for a transformative Hybrid Mat Pilates Teacher Training — a journey where embodied learning meets the sun-drenched charm of Puglia’s historic and scenic charm.
This immersive 7-day in-person experience unfolds among ancient olive groves, limestone villages, and rolling fields, offering the perfect environment to deepen your practice, refine your teaching voice, and reconnect with the essence of movement. The remaining training modules are completed online, allowing you to integrate, study anatomy, sequencing, and methodology at your own pace — blending destination immersion with sustainable learning. That’s the beauty of hybrid.
Stay in a restored villa surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and olive groves. The space offers airy rooms, shaded terraces, a pool, a shala and an open-air movement deck — ideal for sunrise and golden-hour sessions.
Puglia holds a quiet, timeless magic. White stone villages glow in the sun, olive groves stretch endlessly, and life moves at a slower pace. It’s a place where clarity returns and the body remembers how to move with ease.
The Training Experience
Over 7 days together in Italy, you will:
Refine your Mat Pilates technique and alignment
Learn intelligent sequencing and class architecture
Explore anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement
Practice hands-on cueing and embodied communication
Develop confidence through teaching labs and peer practice
Integrate breath, mobility, and mindful transitions
Each day blends strong foundational Pilates work with complementary yoga, breathwork, and meditation offered by the center — supporting both physical precision and nervous system regulation.
Beyond the physical practice, we gather for workshops, discussions, and reflective circles designed to help you clarify your teaching identity and step into leadership with authenticity.
Two guided excursions take us to secluded beaches and a historic village, inviting you to experience the culture and raw beauty of the island. There is spacious free time for swimming in the Aegean, journaling in hammocks, exploring hidden coves, or simply resting by the pool.
Three Mediterranean meals are enjoyed daily outdoors, crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients — some from the centre’s own garden. Vegetarian, vegan, and meat or fish options are available, alongside fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
