Here at The Springs, wellness is about more than one soak or treatment or walk in the woods. It’s everything working together holistically. We’re a destination for relaxation, rejuvenation, and recovery. But we find that wellness is a journey, one that’s best shared with others along the way. Much like our Mother Spring, we’re a place of gathering and connection. We also find it helps to have a little fun, too.

Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Lithium, Iron, Manganese … the geothermal waters contain 13 minerals in all, scientifically proven to promote healthy skin, lower blood pressure, strengthen bones and muscles, increase energy and much more. It’s no wonder when the Southern Ute Indian tribe discovered the waters bubbling forth from the Mother Spring hundreds of years ago, they named it Pagosa- from the Ute word meaning “healing waters.”
There’s a lot more to do than soak up the hot springs. From hiking, exploring the historical downtown, or taking a hot air balloon ride, you will not be disappointed with your surroundings.
