The preferred airport is in the town of Kelowna, BC (YLW), offering a public shuttle bus service from there to Revelstoke from the airport; distance is 2.5-hour drive time. The cost of this shuttle is around CAN$80 one way.
There is also a shuttle from the town to the resort itself. The cost of this ride is CAN$2 and runs continuously from before the chairs begin running until after they stop.
The drive from Revelstoke BC to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is 2 hours for anyone that wants to make a day trip there, and/or the drive from Silver Star Resort to Revelstoke is 2 hours, another day trip option.
Make sure you carry proper identification for yourself and any children or minors travelling with you. Usually this requires a passport or other approved document, you must be sure to have your documents with you to gain entry into Canada.
