Welcome to TOGETHER, a women’s retreat in Joshua Tree. During our time on the land, we will be devoted to awakening the innate intelligence of the body through practice, counsel, and ceremony. 

For four days in the desert of Joshua Tree we will create art with our pain. We will see and call by name the parts of us that are in need of presence, acceptance, and are in themselves a wellspring of creative potential. 

We open the circle on Thursday evening, turning away from the outer world and into the fertile territory of the within. Under the vast autumn night sky we reverence both our humanity and divinity that is held in the body. Courageously, our collective heart will seek spaciousness, grace, and liberation for the parts of ourselves we’ve held in contempt or have been the source of heavy personal shame. 

Through the transformative embodied technologies that Chelsea and Erin Rose bring, we will ritualize the heroin’s journey of remembering that our power is inclusive of both our darkness and our light, our pain and our pleasure.
