Once you’ve made your reservation, we’ll reach out to you on WhatsApp to confirm your activity time and send you directions to Ventaigua Puerto Cancún.

Important: If you book for the same day, your activity will take place 2 to 3 hours after your reservation, depending on availability. It’s not an immediate service, but we’ll do our best to schedule it as soon as possible.

You can also add transportation service (available only for reservations made at least 24 hours in advance).

Una vez hecha tu reservación te contactaremos por WhatsApp para confirmar la hora exacta de tu actividad y enviarte las instrucciones para llegar a Ventaigua Puerto Cancun.  

Importante: Si realizas tu reservación para el mismo día, la actividad se llevará a cabo entre 2 y 3 horas después de tu reserva, dependiendo de la disponibilidad. No es un servicio inmediato, pero haremos todo lo posible para programarla lo antes posible.
