About your trip

Come Home Clear, Steady, and Restored

This is not a vacation.
It’s intentional time to reset.

The Rooted Reset™ Retreat is a five-night, fully hosted experience for women who carry a lot—and know something needs to change.

You won’t come here to escape your life.
You’ll come to feel like yourself again.

To slow down.
To hear God clearly.
To return home grounded, clear, and steady.

This Retreat Is For You If…

• You carry a lot—and you’re tired of pushing through it
• You want to feel calm, clear, and like yourself again
• You’re ready to step away and actually receive support
• You value thoughtful experiences, nourishing food, and space to breathe
• You’re willing to invest in your health, your faith, and your peace
• You know something needs to shift—and you’re ready for it

This Retreat Is Not For You If…

• You’re looking for a packed schedule or constant activity
• You want a traditional vacation filled with sightseeing
• You prefer being told exactly what to do all day
• You’re not ready to slow down or step out of constant motion
• You’re waiting for burnout to force you to rest
• You’re not in a place to invest in yourself right now

What the Week Feels Like

This week isn’t built around a schedule.
It’s built around rhythm.

Mornings unfold slowly.
You wake with the light, the sounds of nature, and space to choose what you need that day—movement, stillness, prayer, journaling, or simply being outside.

There’s nowhere you need to be.
Nothing you have to prove.
No pressure to perform.

For many women, it’s the first time in a long time their body can fully exhale.

What Makes This Retreat Different

Most retreats add more.

This one removes it.

No planning.
No managing.
No decisions about what’s next.

Everything is taken care of so your body and mind can finally stand down.

That’s when real restoration begins.

This experience is intentionally designed to help you feel clear, grounded, and like yourself again.

Day 1

Arrival & Settle In

From the moment you land, everything is taken care of.

You’ll be greeted right at the airstrip after your private charter flight—with refreshments waiting—and brought up to Imiloa by the staff.

When you arrive, you’re welcomed with cool towels, fresh mocktails, and the kind of snacks you’ll already wish you could take home with you.

You’ll meet the team, get a guided tour of the property, and be shown exactly where everything is—so you can fully relax without wondering what to do next.

Your bags are taken to your room for you.

And then… the afternoon is yours.

Maybe you take a dip in the pool.
Maybe you nap.
Maybe you explore the property or go for a quiet walk.

No schedule to keep up with. No pressure to be anywhere.

That evening, we gather for a candle-lit, three-course dinner.

The kind of meal where you actually sit, enjoy, and taste your food… and yes—the desserts are the kind you’ll be texting your friends about later.

It’s the kind of first night that lets your whole body know—

you’re allowed to slow down now.

Day 2

Slow Mornings & Settling In

Mornings are slow here.

You wake naturally, and your drink of choice is delivered quietly to your doorstep.

No rushing. No noise. Just the sounds of the jungle waking up around you.

We gather for breakfast in the open-air dining space—fresh fruit, homemade granola, warm gluten-free breads, and a beautiful meal to start the day.

You’ll likely spot toucans moving from tree to tree… and if we’re lucky, a sloth nearby.

From there, the day unfolds.

Some days we’ll head out together—maybe to the beach for the Blue Clay experience, or into town to explore and shop.

And there’s always plenty of space.

Time to swim.
To nap.
To walk the property.
Or finally sit down with something you’ve been wanting to do but never make time for.

This is where your body starts to settle.

Day 3

Space To Do What You Need

By now, you feel the shift.

Your mind is quieter. Your body more at ease.

This day holds even more space.

You might book your massage and let your body fully relax.

You might spend the afternoon by the pool, reading or doing nothing at all.

Some women take time to journal, create, or reflect. Others just enjoy not being needed.

There’s no expectation to fill your time.

You get to follow what feels right.

And that alone is often what’s been missing.

Day 4

Moments You’ll Want To Keep

This is usually the day people say,

“I don’t want to leave.”

Not because of a packed schedule—but because of how good it feels to live like this.

You may choose another excursion, or stay back and enjoy the quiet.

Some women schedule a photoshoot this day—capturing a version of themselves they haven’t felt in a long time.

Others book another massage… or try something new, like a session with our on-site practitioner.

Or you simply spend the day exactly how you want.

Unhurried. Unstructured. Fully yours.

Day 5

Day 5 image

Feeling Like Yourself Again

By now, you can feel it.

You’re more rested.
More clear.
More like yourself again.

This day is about enjoying that.

Another slow morning. Another beautiful meal. More time to soak it all in.

Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.

Just a chance to be present in a way that’s hard to find at home.

We’ll gather together in a simple, meaningful way to close out the week.

Not in a heavy or overwhelming way—

just enough to recognize how much can shift when you finally give yourself space.

Day 6

Day 6 image

Departure & Heading Home

The morning is slow, just like the rest of the week.

We gather one last time for breakfast—no rush, no urgency. Just a quiet moment to take it all in.

Your bags are handled for you, and you’re brought back to the airstrip for your private charter flight to San José.

There’s something different about leaving this time.

You’re not depleted.
You’re not already thinking about everything waiting for you at home.

You feel steady. Clear. Rested.

Last year, a sloth greeted us when we arrived… and somehow showed up again on departure morning, almost as if to send us off.

Moments like that stay with you.

Not just because they’re beautiful—
but because of how present you were to actually notice them.

You leave with that.

A slower pace.
A clearer mind.
And a body that finally feels like it can keep up with the life you’re living.
